I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

Facetiously, you’d say of all the things Tony Stewart has got wrong in recent years, having a holiday in May is probably the one thing he’s got right!
