@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

AI bots are so frustrating and irritating! And then NatWest lectures me on what a bot is rather than help me. I did know it wasn’t a human being NatWest! But a human would have been helpful. At least as an option!

@NatWest_Help really unhappy with the service from natwest at the moment. Three attempts over the past three weeks to amend my loan and each time told someone will ring and never does. Now told I cannot amend my payment and if I want to make overpayments I will get charged

@GayElectrician @NatWest_Help @screenedout Would the health check be carried out by the notorious #GRG GLOBAL RESTRUCTURING GROUP for those that don't know, 16,000 of us put there by natwest/rbs many never had a problem no arrears never bounced a cheque but were put there anyway and ruined. #stoprob Stop Rip Off Banks

Wow, I'm lucky that I don't have debt on my credit card, because NatWest have just written that their interest rate will rise by almost 50% on existing and new credit card balances in September. How is this legal? Kicking people when they're down.

@lucymitv @GranadaReports NatWest closed all our local branches which prevented us from going there. I sometimes travel to the inconveniently located bank. If it was a service they would make both available. They do not put customer service first whatever the marketing department says. 👎

@RobinaWills Barclays seem to be the only ones doing it, NatWest, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS, et al, don’t seem to have a problem. We even have a UK government backed NS&I account with a French address on it. The Barclays things sounds fishy to me.

I thought I’d walk into Natwest and get a new debit card in minutes. 5 working days later, I’m still essentially card-less. Nigerian banks do usually get this one right.
