@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@Barclaycard hallo - my husband paid off his Barclaycard balance on 27/3 but the balance does not reflect. The payment left his Natwest account on the same day, but we can't get through to your phone line as it keeps dropping the call. Help!

@natwest i recently had to complete an ID confirmation on line. Just saying , i cannot see anything without my glasses on so found it impossible to complete the photo section ! Maybe adjust the system ?

@IainKewley @GefMongooseIOM Not new problem: Years ago my NatWest credit card, ironically supplied by IOM Bank, was cancelled by them after a period of disuse. I asked to renew the card and, despite my decades of faultless custom, they refused as not UK resident. Fortunately I had another bank's card.

Hi I belong to the NatWest premier black and I am disgusted with the service trying to get through to someone and being hung up on, then having to wait another half hour till I get through to someone else, after having a meeting with our manager 6 weeks ago +not hearing anything

@NatWest_Help Natwest refusing to help after money missing from my account. We tried to set up a dispute claim. They have emailed on do not reply email saying a case as not been set up because our details are wrong. The case was made at a Natwest Branch with assistance of staff.

@NatWest_Help just cancelled my bank card after suspecting a shop worker may have been trying to write down my card number when showing it as ID. It seems unsafe that my name, card details and security code are now all together on the back of the card. Could Natwest change this?
