@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

Hey @NatWest appallingly poor service in your #ealing branch. Simply not enough staff, no management of the waiting area, no triage of customers and long wait. Staff member serving went off to verify another transaction without apology or notice then tried to sell me insurance!

@NatWest_Help Finally sorted this out. It may be useful for others who have experienced the same problem. The text message from Natwest containing my code was originally recorded as being sent TODAY. Later in the day the date was recorded as Wednesday which made sense. What an anxious time😱
