@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@NatWest_Help Natwest app saying some kind of error when trying to connect between my devices and yourselves. Turned off wi-fi to only use 4G connection and still the same. iPhone and Ipad and my partner’s phone is doing the same thing. Service status page says all is well……….

@NatWest_Help @EthanWylie6 How long is as soon as possible? Can you give an approximate time? All Natwest customers do not have access to their money as cards and transactions are being declined. This issue is huge and you still don't have a pinned tweet on your page!
