    @GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

    @emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

    I’ve been supported by NatWest customer services this week but #NatWestTravelInsurance do not deem to answer their phone even to colleagues. NatWest TI is part of the banking service I’m charged for. It’s utterly worthless and a waste of money.

    @LloydsBank Yes I did confirm I said 'it doesn't matter what Internet I use it doesn't work'. I've tried natwest+Halifax, neither work. Theres no error message, I authorise on the other bank, it sends me to a browser to log back into lloyds instead of to the app+it goes round in circles

    @NatWest_Help Hello I lost my debit card two weeks ago. I contacted NatWest, yet I still haven’t received my replacement card. I live miles away from a branch because my local branch got closed down. I can’t access my money.

    @MartinSLewis My daughters fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end. When they took out the mortgage both were working ful time. She has since had a daughter and works part time. They have gone to mortgage advice. Their mortgage is with NatWest. They have been told they have no option but stay

    @financialombuds I made a complaint about NatWest in May 2021 for preventing access to my funds. You found in their favour despite NatWests misinformation on my rights and lies on job title of a colleague. Asked for it to be escalated. Still awaiting a decision.

    @PlaidLles @TipsterHunter @PeteWishart Scotland is England's (rUK) second biggest trading partner while in the UK. A hard boarder increases time delays and costs and will likely end up with relocation of major Scottish service providers - NatWest, Scottish widows to their primary market - they have already said this.
