  @emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

  @Missguided Got an email saying “your systems are down” so try again in 72hrs. Been a lot longer than that now, tried and no response. Again called NatWest to process this faster as it’s a joke

  . @NatWest_Help the move to Mastercard for all customer debit cards is wrong and a crap customer experience. In order to lower your costs, all my online accounts will need to be updated. It’s a really crappy move. #NatWest

  @NetflixUK why is it seemingly impossible to send an email to say “sorry ur price is rising” NatWest app sent me an email to show increase. Perhaps people r leaving not just because of cost but poor customer service. Will be cancelling today

  @TheAmericanMag Hey guys. I have a US cheque for $17. Have tried to pay it into my Bank (NatWest) & Building Society (Nationwide) but they won't accept it. Neither will any of the others in my High Street. It expires in September. Any help would be very much appreciated.

  Hi @ExperianExperts Your contact form doesn’t seem to be working, and you don’t accept phone call from non-subscribers even though you are messing up my life. Natwest confirmed satisfied you want which yours system hasn’t reflected the history for ages.

  I bet (no pun intended) they wouldn't block payments to gambling sites (don't gamble). I've been meaning to close my #ISA for a while (pointless with today's #inflation). Now I will! Natwest says it's for my safety, but I don't feel #safe if THEY decide where I spend MY money.🤬

  @yoswansrock Well, it used to be the Commerzbank headquarters. On 9/11 they were evacuated as it was thought at one point that all prominent buildings were being targeted. In London, anyone around the Natwest tower, which included Commerzbank London, were equally evacuated down to Monument.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest FaceID log in works great, but the blink-to-authorise a payment fails 9times/10 and I have twice been locked out of account for failed attempts. Can I keep Face ID login but lose the blinking part? Thanks
