@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@NatWest_Help Natwest app saying some kind of error when trying to connect between my devices and yourselves. Turned off wi-fi to only use 4G connection and still the same. iPhone and Ipad and my partner’s phone is doing the same thing. Service status page says all is well……….
