@NatWest_Help Hiya! I still have my ex mother in law on my ISA, somehow. She isn’t in the account name so I think she might have 3rd party access from when she worked for Natwest. How can I remove it easily please?

@HeadingtonNews I'm a NatWest customer and I haven't been into the Headington branch (or any other) since 2019.

@Dymvue Completely agree. My Mum had problems with her NatWest a/c, no online account, couldn't get through on the phone & couldn't get to a branch. I'm just glad I could sort it for her but worry about the elderly people that don't have friends/relations to help.

@Dymvue My mum has the same issue. NatWest has cut the local branch opening hours and sent an 85-year-old woman a card reader in the belief that she'll be able to manage her account online. Some very vulnerable people are effectively being abandoned by the banking system.

2/2 The Insolvency Service discovered both a £25k Govt. COVID bounce back loan payment + a £10k top-up loan had been transferred into a bank account in Kalam’s name the day after the money had arrived in Choose Chilli Ltd’s bank account. NatWest Bank handed out the loans.

@RealCandaceO Most people don't realize that a bank has the right to fire client are under no obligation givr a reason or to offer a service. The other disturbing trend is that big banks have gobbled up a lot of the smaller institutions. Remember Fleet? NatWest? This is the ultimate control.

So after being reassured earlier in the year, our local busy branch of the Natwest had no intentions of closing have just issued a statement saying they are closing in February 2023. I do use online banking and I use my card but I also won't be bowing down to a cashless society.
