@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

Apparently I’ve gone overdrawn in my #NatWest account (I’ve not gone overdrawn for years!) but I’ve no way of checking as the app is down. I need to order my weekly shop, but I can’t see how much money is in my account and I can’t do any internal transfers to pay for it *sigh*

Hey #NatWest. Pull your damn finger out! Suggesting loging into online banking because the app is down, then sending an access code via the app....which is down, isn't a sensible 21st century solution to your **** up #NatwestDown

@CSSCloudLTD Online #natwest also does not work.when trying to transfer money to another account or make a fee, it displays an error message 😒

Do admit though it took a verified X user to bring the NatWest issue up however and it seems to work like half an hour later funny that one. Almost like they accidentally affected someone with money who pays for silly things like blue ticks lol
