Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

@NatWestGroup Outrageous phone manner and behaviour by NatWest today. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy exhibited towards someone who has been a loyal customer go 38 years. Through no fault of their own.

@robcmorgan @timfarron I do not get the issue here. The Gov owns a huge chunk of Natwest and sold some of it off a couple of weeks ago. Nobody gave a ****. The Gov shouldn't own C4 or any other media outlet. I don't see the issue with them not doing so.

I waited until the end of my work day and drove back to @Morrisons and I went into the petrol station to ask when I would be refunded. The man working on the till looked guilty and told me it happened with @NatWest cards a lot and he went to get his manager.

@NatWest_Help hi, having issues getting my new CC verified on natwest Google pay app. Been told I can't do it, primary card holder can't do it. Spoke to someone a week ago, got told 72 hours,still nothing. Can someone contact me to sort it. Being passed back and forth. Not happy.

I was told by Natwest to call their fraud support line as some unexpected activity was happening on my account. I've been waiting on the @NatWest_Help fraud line for the past 40 minutes! Unbelievable. If there is an issue it's probably too late!

@NatWestGroup @decappeal It’d be great if your CTF section actually was contactable. Never a good home answered, no tickets reviewed in the last week and your chat system doesn’t work. Everyone here from Natwest cannot help. It’s awful service
