  @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

  @_zmc_x @Revolut Any main high street bank, like NatWest, TSB, Barclays, LLoyds, HSBC etc, won’t cause you any such unexpected issues.

  @NatWest_Help dear natwest bot, your phone app has an issue. Unfortunately it doesn't know how many hours in a daily reset. Ive want to move funds but it keeps telling ive reached my daily amount. I moved money Sunday its now Tuesday.

  @NatWestBusiness Been a NatWest business customer for 25 years my new manager rang me I imagined he was going to visit my premises and get to know me & my company but NO NatWest has stopped mangers visiting business customers!!. Digital meetings😡😡😡 box ticking for them😡👎🏼

  @ikeijeh @MetroUK Until quite recently the City had done a good job of resisting ugly modern towers (with the exception of Natwest Tower). And then suddenly in the early 00s the gloves were off and it became a free for all. Was this down to any one individual?

  I was in a union at NatWest and honestly they seemed more interested in protecting the company relationship than representing ordinary staff. So spare me the lecture that unions automatically speak for all working people.

  @MartinSLewis @DrFionaCares I am leaving NatWest after 40 yrs because my nearest branch is now over 7 miles away, there are no cash points & they can’t explain why my second set of 2 debit cards refuse to work in card machines. And don’t get me started on bloody Cora… Customer service is dead.

  @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.
