    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    @NatWest_Help NatWest, your customer service is terrible. 40mins on the phone line then got cut off. Don’t you think if your customer will need to card reader to do bank transfer, you should just automatically send them one, not having to climb a ducking mountain just to get one?

    My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

    @MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.

    @WSJ NatWest expecting income at the top end of guidance after 9.5% growth is a strong signal that UK banking is in a surprisingly healthy position. higher interest rates have been painful for borrowers but banks are thriving on the margin between what they pay depositors and what they charge on loans. the structural hedge giving them protection means they keep earning even when rates eventually come down. UK banks havent looked this profitable in years

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @DanNeidle Yeah i set up a stocks and shares isa with natwest in November and my return so far is 9.17% since Nov, Set it up as I'm self employed and didn't have a pension pushing 40 so thought I'd have something just incase i needed to access the cash but also long term invest

    @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up
