    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @traceykemp78 @MartinLewis @NatWest Had the same problem. Hours on phone. Online system doesn’t work. Then started asking for utility bills as proof of ID. He’s 18 and disabled! We gave up. They made it impossible to get your money. Over £800 lost.

    @NatWest_Help @Stallulah2 NATWEST had no grounds whatsoever to deny me access to MY MONEY. What on earth is the world coming to when a genuine law abiding individual who works for a living pays thousands in VAT & TAX to HMRC is then subject to being denied access to his own money. I am utterly disgusted

    @NatWest_Help Natwest must remember we are the customer they cannot bully all of us, you can FOOL PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME NOT ALL THE TIME. So please tell me who I can speak to to get What I need to suit my needs I have been a customer over 30 years.

    @ScottMcGready The banks really don't help themselves (or us) though. A few weeks ago, I needed to setup an Executor account with NatWest (who I already bank with). Setup a new a/c online and then had to go into a branch to confirm it was really me and give them paperwork.

    I hate #natwest. 35 years banking and only ever struggle to get problems resolved. Moving everything to FD next week. About time.

    My phone is bricked. I cannot buy a new one because Natwest will not authorise payments without my phone. I cannot use someone else's phone because if you change your number they disable all new devices for three days. I have no way to access any money.

    @mostin Feel your pain. We have spent weeks of time this year on the phone to NatWest, just trying to keep our account open to us. ‘Computer Says No’ seems to be across every service & system post-covid.

    @nsandihelp Hi -I made a payment out of my NSI savings account into my Natwest account. It was supposed to be next day (today) but this has not been received. The money has gone missing- please help.

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.
