  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

  @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

  @Natwest idea of progress is to close down helpful & people focussed branches particularly with the elderly & divert everyone to a busy automated focussed branch you have to travel to & which is always full of queues. First Catford closed diverting to lewisham now sydenham.

  @NatWest_Help Head Office need to investigate this flawed Access Issue and fire the lunatic who was responsible for it . Other banks don’t have this issue. This time wasting by NW is the worst call experience I have ever had. 0/10 NatWest- DO BETTER, RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

  @OmniSteve @LloydsBank @NatWest_Help They waited for the official final switch day - when NatWest closed my account - to then cancel. If there was an issue with my application it should have been dealt with much sooner.

  There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams.   @Morrisons idk why but you had an issue with NatWest card online for days, today my order was cancelled because somehow you have an issue with the TSB card which was accepted when placing the order. Awesome. Might have to be the first and last time I shop Morrisons home delivery.

Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @satsumchi the banking hub in town has a natwest rep in on tuesdays that might be able to help figure out what the problem is if u cant get it sorted online xx
