  @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   Got told off when I got on the 51 bus in Yeovil today. I got on at NatWest and was told the stop is only for dropping off not picking up. Can’t find this info on the Buses Of Somerset website or the bustimes website. But at least now I know I suppose.

  @_zmc_x @Revolut Any main high street bank, like NatWest, TSB, Barclays, LLoyds, HSBC etc, won’t cause you any such unexpected issues.

  @NatWest_Help Cont... the NatWest app lets me log in then I just get a blank screen. HMRC think the problem is with NatWest, as I can log in. I've been told it's not a known issue with you, but it's been happening to me for 2 weeks now. I've made several payments to HMRC this way before..cont.

  @AaronBastani My Samsung S23 Ultra is insured through NatWest. I had a cracked screen, broken charging port & damaged frame. Paid £50 & got all three problems fixed plus new battery, all data restored. Took a man in a van at my house about an hr. Don't see the need for these EU restrictions.

  @Voyager4IR @NoBullCryptoBen @matttttt187 Chainlink isn't working with central banks yet. They have multiple BIS/Central bank projects, Murex, Natwest Euroclear, Oracle...... That's just ignorant 🤷 ... We all know Central banks are going to be the slowest movers.

  @AutoInfatuation No complaints with our Ltd one through Mettle. Owned by NatWest provides free access to FreeAgent accounting software. Also have the other business setup with Starling Business. The scary stories of Revolut accounts being shut constantly put me off therefor didn’t look at it.

  @NicholasGuyatt Was actually In at the time block rock owned ex NatWest towers which had an American dorm for foreign students. Had shops selling American candy. Our resto was in there. Cost approx 500£/wk in 05. We also worked with Hoxton urban lodge who had rooms starting at 29£

  @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
