  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

  @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

  @NatWest_Help Am unable to register my child’s CTF change of account at Natwest Investments Online and waited to speak to someone for nearly an hour. Absolutely rubbish service! But hey, I can message them with any questions once I’ve registered 😡

  @toryboypierce These greedy imbeciles like HSBC, NatWest Barclays, Lloyds, TSB etc... do not care for local banking. It won't be long before the excellent Nationwide and other building societies hoover up the majority of retail banking customers because they actually give a ****!

  @scotgov @NatWest_Help @RBS_Help since RBS switched child trust fund to NatWest this service is an absolute disgrace 1 month later and my son still can’t access his trust fund money! On hold for 3 hours at a time and still never manage to speak to anyone!This needs to sorted ASAP

  @NatWestBusiness if you are a small business turning over £1 million with like 15 to 20 employees then don’t use Natwest. No support when trying to open simple things like a business savings account or credit card for business use. Since Rob Dearsley left feels like it’s not same

  @NatWest_Help my wife is trying to add her NatWest credit card (she's an additional card holder) to Apple Pay, but text verification isn't available, and the recorded message when calling the number says to use the app, which also doesn't work. Can you help please?!

  @NatWest_Help @ideal_home_show don't use NatWest they close your account down for no reason and don't give you an explanation. they keep also keep hold of your mone its been 5 weeks and still no commucation from them. check out the Facebook group NatWest closed my account, they have done it to 1000's of people

  @EpsonUK Despite escalating to the readyprint department I am still having to wait until the direct debit is set up and paid before I get my printer enabled. Two days of no printer because of a known issue between Epson and natwest, which I have no control over...
