    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    @NatWest_Help Hi how do I stop Natwest sending mail to someone who doesn’t live at the address? I’ve done return to sender and spoken to customer services numerous times over a year and still letters arrive. I’ll assume the amount of letters being received it’s important.

    I have just got off the phone to Natwest because of fraudulent emails being sent out to everyone. This internet is ****. There is no point in this. Every day there's a serious new threat because of our mass connectedness.

    2 Having been through the process, I believe NatWest, despite agreeing to a refund code, has set the bar so high for refunds that it prefers to try its luck with the Ombudsman while hinting in letters to the customer that they won’t be successful.

    @Dorfybrown @silv24 It’s 25 years for me at NatWest and 20 at HSBC. Former have always been decent, latter are awful. Can’t wait to bin them tbh!

    @faisalislam I rather think you’ve missed the point. ‘Big tech’ cannot issue sterling. The whole point of a CBDC is it disintermediates the commercial banks. You would hold sterling deposits direct with the Bank of England rather than Barclays, HSBC, NatWest etc

    @silv24 @HSBC_UK We switched in January from the NatWest after 46 years, it was incredibly easy using the switch guarantee. We should have done it sooner as their service equally poor and a series of incidents was the final straw.
