  @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

  @UKCoachFinance1 I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy coach on finance after what we went through with Lombard Asset finance part of the RBS and NatWest banking group! Also if anyone buying new coaches at this time of the year are so stupid after seeing no support from the government. Great insult.

  @NatWest_Help hey guys, trying to pay a credit card bill, 3 times in their app twice on the phone (I’ve approved all transactions in the NatWest app) still being declined! I have a new NatWest card recently, please help!

  **** Mastercard!... Now I have to search for a new bank... And I was wondering while 9 out of 10 advisors with Natwest are foreigners... because the CEO of Mastercard is a Moslem Sikh whatever... I have never felt more unsecure with online payment...

  @MartinSLewis NatWest have also done this in the past . Twice I have received unexpected refunds due to errors that they have unearthed. Only small amounts but welcome just the same

  @davewrong @NatWest I dont think so...not sure. So strange. Every other service usually needs you to update the card details again...they seemed to be able to get them from somewhere else, update my account and charge me!

  @prolixdnb @NatWest Apparently some companies have an agreement with the card manufacturers now they can update the card details when a new one is issued. Had a similar issue with a fraud case recently.
