    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @Bankersbonus1 @ADavies61517 @afneil During the 2008 financial crisis, the UK government stepped in to rescue major banks including Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley. The state directly spent around £137 billion in capital injections and emergency support, while offering over £1 trillion in guarantees to stop the banking system collapsing. Most of the money was eventually recovered, but taxpayers are still estimated to have lost around £30–35 billion overall, with the biggest losses coming from the RBS/NatWest bailout. Worth remembering the next time someone says the banks “were fine”.

    @FullyLV @Nugennath It’s not the same service though. My business partner had Coutts and was unhappy and switched to NatWest Premier. Myself, always had NatWest Premier and it’s been great overall. Have Barclays Premier too, but not many benefits compared to NW.

    Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?     @NatWest_Help Cont... the NatWest app lets me log in then I just get a blank screen. HMRC think the problem is with NatWest, as I can log in. I've been told it's not a known issue with you, but it's been happening to me for 2 weeks now. I've made several payments to HMRC this way before..cont.

    @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @NatWest_Help @firstdirecthelp - NatWest after 20yrs lost £500 on fraud w no help so want strangle them, Barclays close a/cs via HQ, discrimination, FirstDirect just plain ignore you! Left them all!

    @satsumchi the banking hub in town has a natwest rep in on tuesdays that might be able to help figure out what the problem is if u cant get it sorted online xx
