Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

@NorthumberArt @Pottedhistory @Marc_Allum Buckingham has lost two banks, Barclays the latest and Natwest before, a population of more than 12,000 people now has only one bank for services, Loyd's. No police, no local A&E service, plenty of hairdressers and pubs.

@ZubyMusic I have had the same problem with Natwest...... they are dinosaurs 🦕. Wont be around for much longer if they don't embrace crypto, that goes for all banks

@ZubyMusic Try Kraken and if you have further issues get Monzo and use it as a middle man. Natwest started blocking my Binance transfers, eventually Monzo blocked Binance too, however Kraken no problems so far.

@NatWest_Help so I have been a NatWest customer all of my adult life. Personal account, savings, business account and mortgage with you. I get scammed out of £100’s over Christmas and ‘the decision to return the funds has been declined’. Thanks so much. Great customer service 👍🏼

@pixiiecat My mortgage is with NatWest. I didn’t have any issues. Done my job 11 years this month too. I honestly think there’s some silly issue with your details out with your control. I can’t think why else you wouldn’t get accepted for anything at all😕 x

@ZubyMusic @MartyBent I had the same problem last year with my natwest account, the only way I could get money into coinbase was bank transfer from natwest to exchange. It wouldn’t allow my bank card to be linked..
