    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @McNicol94 @NatWest_Help Same here. Two different atms. And Post Office. NatWest phone Adviser said it must be my card. Tried to issue a replacement card and couldn’t action that either. What’s happening @NatWest_Help

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup anyone wanting any currency then don’t order from NatWest. Purchased currency 1st December, they didn’t deliver in time and I’m still awaiting refund. Theft at its best. Customer services are useless.Personal and business accounts to be moved shortly.

    There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams.     @iSlimfit God bless them indeed Deloitte leads with 26 weeks full pay from day one (flexible too can spread it out), same for NatWest, Aviva, and BT. Proper family support like this is a game-changer. Makes you wonder when more sectors (and countries) will catch up.

    @UltraDane Had the same problem with NatWest in 2022, but I wasn't even withdrawing the money, I was trying to buy a car using a bank transfer. They wouldn't do it, even after going through multiple security checks, unless I told them all the details about the car I was buying.

    @DegenerateNews This is a big deal! Barclays and NatWest are known for hating crypto. They legit will close down your account if you deal with crypto in the past.
