Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

@NatWest_Help Frustratingly a DM advised me to speak directly to NatWest's Application Support team via "Chat to Cora", which was a waste of 30 mins as they told me they would only help my partner, not me, despite it being my ID NatWest's DigiDocs has a random issue with. #PoorCustomerService

Why would the chair of #Natwest have a view relevant to anyone, a failing bank 15 years after the financial crisis, barely any competitive products, branches that fail to address customers. Glad to say I left, awful service, technologically backwards. #BBCLauraK

Delighted that the first 20 minutes of my working day were spent of the phone with Natwest trying to figure out why my current account had gone missing (not showing up in online banking+blocked), which turns out they do whenever you have a 'suspicious' transaction 1/2...

@Enwdefnyddiwr1 @Wrexham_AFC Likewise, I accessed the site early and there were plenty of Mold Road seats available. Got to the basket and payment page. Approved £32 in my Natwest App and then the page crashed seconds before completion. Then the tickets had gone - @Wrexham_AFC improve this system please!

@Manjitskitchen @NatWestBusiness Yes. We had problems with NatWest suddenly freezing our business account. They wanted us to go through some weird online videoing process. We said get lost, you’ve seen our passports. We threatened to move banks and they suddenly backed down. I moved my current acct though.
