    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

    Don't you just love it when your @NatWest account gets locked for a second time in a week and you can't access your money? The second I get back to the UK, that account is getting binned. ******* useless.

    I did exactly that with NatWest and got an apology and compensation. (Think it was ยฃ100) Clearly an issue with training that needs highlighting.

    @grok Ofcourse not! Why would they leave an Internet trail. Bank of England funds Natwest, HSBC, Barclays etc. An overnight shut down of all their accounts for unproven allegations.... no link, yeah okay! ๐Ÿ‘

    @NatWest_Help I did that, and they said I needed to speak to NatWest bank not the investment line. They transferred me through to an automated service that didnt understand what it was I was trying to get through to. So I gave up.

    @Apple how can I tell my cards apart in Apple Pay? I have 4 @NatWest cards, all frustratingly identical. Learning the numbers is not an option, as at leat one card number will change every six months! Help me please!? There must be a better way!

    @greyfinance How do you explain the sudden message from your customer care that you do not receive funds from NatWest thereby seizing fund's for almost 5 days

    Let me guess they are going after there own customers Picking and choosing whom to target and bankrupt there is always a problem, it will be them! causing it Blackout incoming, whats next HSBC, Natwest or the Bank of England collapsing on itself shareholders abandoning ship?

    @stephenpollard Tesco/NatWest comparison assumes all businesses are the same. But Rail is a natural monopoly and already depends heavily on the state. It's a question of public service versus commercial service. Rails different as passengers can't switch provider in any meaningful sense.
