Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

My phone is bricked. I cannot buy a new one because Natwest will not authorise payments without my phone. I cannot use someone else's phone because if you change your number they disable all new devices for three days. I have no way to access any money.

@NatWest_Help Hey Natwest. I've set up and Online Banking account but I can't seem to log in. I need my sort code and Account Number to reset it because apparently it was wrong when I tried logging in but I was never given either of them. What should I do?

@PostOffice Hi, I paid a cheque into my NatWest account via yourselves. The staff member took down the wrong Sort Code. Emailed your customer care team. Any chance we can get a phone number as no answer. Several hundred pounds missing and no way of tracking. Please help!

@NatWest_Help @NatWest worst experience paying in 3 bank notes into my account. Your Westfield Startford branch has 4 outdated machines that r junk. Not 1 could process 3 notes without spitting them out! assistant told me to go to the post office. What kind of service is that?

@HNEscapesCIC @MartinSLewis Seems the case with many companies due to the now over reliance on automated systems. If no problems it’s fine, but trying to contact anyone is almost impossible. 3 calls, 90 mins to contact DVLA, and gave up after 40 mins waiting for NatWest the other day. 📞 😡

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

@traceykemp78 @MartinLewis @NatWest Had the same problem. Hours on phone. Online system doesn’t work. Then started asking for utility bills as proof of ID. He’s 18 and disabled! We gave up. They made it impossible to get your money. Over £800 lost.
