    @emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

    @NoToDigitalID If I were a customer I would switch bank to one not in the NatWest Group and if all banks adopt a similar bombastic attitude, then don’t put all your money with them. Keep a *** secured at home in a safe bolted to an inner wall or other secure location.

    @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.

    @NatWest_Help NatWest, your customer service is terrible. 40mins on the phone line then got cut off. Don’t you think if your customer will need to card reader to do bank transfer, you should just automatically send them one, not having to climb a ducking mountain just to get one?

    @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

    @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

    There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams. Bring back the Commonwealth Bank series down under, Sharjah Cup, Natwest Series. Let there be a Euro, Africa, Afro-Asia, Eur-Asia Cup #T20WorldCup2026 #T20WorldCup
