Alex ******* (@socialPolly) reported@NatWest_Help I did that, and they said I needed to speak to NatWest bank not the investment line. They transferred me through to an automated service that didnt understand what it was I was trying to get through to. So I gave up.

Proper Memes 〓〓 (@Proper_Memes) reported@Blokeonabike2 @RupertLowe10 I quit Natwest years ago for their atrocious service. Took me years to close an empty ISA despite contacting them several time. I opened a personal account with Starling so I could have a business account with them. Comes with free, simple invoicing/bookkeeping system too.

So he can't receive a code to log on. He's asked them several times to change it. They say they'll change it. They haven't mayo do that very hard task 😡😡😡😡
