@NatWest_Help the one time i needed help from natwest, you have basically deleted my online banking and left me helpless. 5 hrs on the phone on weds, told beyond cs help, wait for tech to help, didn't call back and didnt resolve. Now have to wait another week to access. Horrific

@NatWest_Help Hello, I am a NatWest customer have two different mobiles, with two different mobile numbers. Can I run the NatWest banking app on both phones or does it have to be on the mobile number that’s registered with Nat West? Thanks
