@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@TheEdenSessions @LionelRichie So the problem is that with higher value tickets (and multiples of them), you are not passing the payment authorisation requirement back from Natwest bank, and are just failing the payment. It worked with Barclays in the end.

@dannyjpalmer As examples - HSBC are official, but NatWest aren't. US Postal Service are official, but Royal Mail aren't. Go figure.

A story that might help others. We were due to be able to see new rates for our mortgage the weekend of the interest rate rise / Liz truss fiasco in Oct. We were unable to log in / get in to accounts with Natwest over a 4 day period. I complained & yesterday was offered

@LayahHeilpern Can't transfer money out of #Natwest at the moment. I think they are in trouble, no customer service, no answer from Fraud team and blocking transactions, time to find a new bank

@itvMLshow #MartinLewis What can be done now to get the Bounce Back loan opportunity for those that missed it because Natwest business account applications were closed inhouse yet their portal stated it was in progress. So it was impossible to have it. they agreed and offered £500.

@NatWest_Help Emma, I'd like to thank you for your concerns but unfortunately it's too little too late... 🐌 @Natwest are just too slow at doing things.. I really have closed my account and I no longer bank with NatWest. You're just too far behind the times stuck in 1985

The £50 are nowhere to be found and if they are not back in a week ima chase up. Also hate how slow they are bc i just transferred some € over and wise is like yeah they are there! While natwest is like nothing here… My spanish bank n monzo are pretty instant… why arent u?
