@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@NatWest_Help On 1 August I phoned NatWest as I needed to change my address and as a a credit card only customer couldn't do this online or in the app. Over a month later my old address is still showing. Not impressed

@NatWestBusiness Rubbish business banking by natwest. I have 2 business accounts but they put my 1 account on hold more than 8 weeks now. Complained 5 times but no response Customer service is absolutely nightmare

@NatWest_Help NatWest advertise that they offer Executor Accounts. I've been trying to open one since mid-July and still have not got access... extremely frustrating at a difficult time! Suggest you look elsewhere if you need one.

@AngusCampbell5 @JamesDelingpole There is a local wag in Faversham who suggested Sheps would take over a empty shop to count all the cash after the Hop Festival, But seriously, NatWest, Barclays and Lloyds have all shut down this year so traders will have to go miles to a bank
