@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

Ammanford had midland bank, natwest, barclays, lloyds...3 down, 1 to go. Actually there is a cash machine in co-op, a bit out of the way. If people start going there, it will fill up their carpark fast and stop co-op customers going in, think they have 4 spaces plus disabled

@JackRuleLD NatWest finals were always in August! How old are you? Yes, the crowded schedule pushed it into Sept before the 100, but the schedule is now even worse and there’s no way to fix it. The tiny crowd is more due to the competition being totally devalued. That’s very much on the 100.

@NatWestBusiness if you have a Natwest Business account, you need to empty the account and move now. 14 years I have been with them, and for 2 months I am unable to access the account online. I am the only signatory and director. Branch can't help. @financialombuds can't help.

@NatWest_Help honestly how hard is it to get any help from NatWest. I’m trying to sort a mortgage and seems impossible to get it done. Online system doesn’t work, cant get through on phone asked for a call back which I got and it just hung up after waiting for ages…..what a joke

@wideawake_media Myself & my terminally ill husband had the same thing. He wanted to withdraw 5k for kids, grandkids etc. nothing specific. All smiles until we said the amount, then the shutters came down. Taken to a room & given the 3rd degree. Disgraceful treatment from NatWest.
