  @emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

  @BarclaysUKHelp I was trying to buy something online but my payment kept being declined and I don’t know why, tried different cards but no joy. No error code just payment declined. Used husbands NatWest card and it went through fine.

  I’ve been supported by NatWest customer services this week but #NatWestTravelInsurance do not deem to answer their phone even to colleagues. NatWest TI is part of the banking service I’m charged for. It’s utterly worthless and a waste of money.

  @NatWest_Help I am a new customer and having issues to long into online banking as I do not have any log in details. I dont know my sort code and account number either so can't re register for online banking. I have tried calling NatWest but keep getting hung up on. Please help.
