@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@NatWest_Help just been through another awful experience over 10 days on fraud all caused by Natwest. Total shambles. Polite responses to tickbox when you eventually complain to FCA. No urgency or bother about fraud.

@OyekunleAyobam1 @Bonabee_c @instablog9ja Have you actually used a UK bank ? Cos I don't understand how anyone can compare GTB bank app and service to a Lloyds Bank or Natwest bank app and service. When you order a debit card and it comes to your address. Try getting a gtb debit card without going there in person.

@Nelle_Macbeth If it's any consolation I had similar trying to switch to paperless with natwest, can only be done by logging into website, not via the app. But I'd have to reset my pw to get onto the website :/

@Darren_med32 @yorkshirekenny @BernieSpofforth If you have a natwest Bank account it's there. You might have to ask a younger member of your family to help. I asked my daughter to help as had seen this on here. We turned it off. Sorry if this is not very helpful.
