@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@nickmangwana Is NatWest closing sir? All major banks in the west are reducing branches to realign with customer behaviour. People tend to use online banking and card transactions so the need for cash or walking into a banking hall are reducing. That’s different from closing down

@DerylLynn Yes! Just been dealing with one for an hour for the simplest issue. Previously NatWest refused to transfer £ to another bank account until I went into a branch, photo ID & spoke for 20 mins on phone to one of their "security" people. Why are you transferring this £?!!

@NatWest_Help NatWest today has closed our bank account with out any warning and we can not access the funds. We have been into branch and on the phone and each agent says they can not tell us why it's been shut.

@EbFalls If a customer needs to pay their tax bill, a transfer needs to be made to HMRC, who bank with Barclays. But, if the customer banks with NatWest, and take out a loan their tax, NatWest needs to use their own supply of central bnk reserves. It can't use the bank credit it created.

Trying to set up a personal bank account with Natwest to eventually deal with some family stuff. Website awful and setting up account takes days. Like setting up a Swiss secret account. Almost like they are doing me a favour. Absolutely bizarre.
