@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

@ManxMaid2 If you dont need to visit the branch then the Natwest International one is good. However their branch in Douglas along with the IoM branch is awful.

@NatWest_Help morning, are there technical issues with your systems today? My monthly SO from my Lloyds account isn't showing & the app tells me I am overdrawn because of the SO to my NatWest savings account, but that money isn't showing in my savings so I can't transfer it back!

@NatWest_Help What about giving me access to my mone? , 8months with no access to my money because they don't accept more than 50 files sent as valid proof of my ID or address. Natwest give me back my money.

@HalifaxBank THE WORST MESSAGING APP SUPPORT - 2 days of going back and forth and I cant get a simple answer to a question on my Halifax rewards, continually handed to a new random person who gives unhelpful 1 line replies. NatWest customer service is much better

NatWest @ Library Place , Saint Helier Jersey. Either they do not understand “new account” & new WORKING pin or they are useless. Back in this morning and if they do not listen to me as they have not been doing since April, changing bank completely.

@NatWest_Help @BristolPride Natwest give me back my money. Close my account and transfer my funds to the account provided. Both accounts same holder, same ID, but they don't do it. Eight months with no access to my money.

@LloydsBank good morning, my monthly SO to my NatWest acc hasn't reached it yet. They say I'm overdrawn because of my SO to my Savings acc. I can see you're working on the issue; I just wanted to check PSR covers any overdrawn charges that may be incurred by your system issues?
