    @emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

    @the_k_bizzle @NatWest_Help NatWest disappointing service not on the side of the customer. Its a real shameful service. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

    @JoeStephenson96 Tbf bankers and people working at a bank are different, if someone turned up to their customer facing role at NatWest hammered I don't think they'd last very long

    @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.

    My reward for years of customer loyalty to NatWest bank? Their pockets stuffed with profit and the high street branches closed, including WGC. Customer service? Nah, just shareholder fixation…and a failure to support those who’ve supported their company.

    @hullkrofficial Awful ticketing system just continuously redirects back to the initial basket page after approving in the NatWest app. Improve it.

    @NormanBrennan @dshensmith @robprogressive But that’s not true Norman. I’ve just been scammed on my credit card with Natwest, they’re refusing to help! Told me to take it up with trading standards!!! You know that bank, the people’s bank…..

    @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

    @NatWest_Help Head Office need to investigate this flawed Access Issue and fire the lunatic who was responsible for it . Other banks don’t have this issue. This time wasting by NW is the worst call experience I have ever had. 0/10 NatWest- DO BETTER, RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS
