  So, Having a great day. NatWest have pulled my mortgage offer. Gone back to my broker and the rate has gone from 2.1% to 6.3% with Barclays. Oh and I have to put 20% down now. How could anyone buy a house with those rates. My monthly payment would be £1012.

  @NatWest_Help Please help. I've had a difficult time trying to explain and get help via call with your advisors. I called NatWest this morning to get a new bank card as mines expires next year in April and I needed a new one to book a hotel in June......

  Struggling to understand NatWest's logic. I logged in to my online banking account to make a payment to a new payee, it tells me my debit card and card reader are blocked for online banking use. The issue is, I don't have a debit card or a card reader.

  @NatWest_Help It happens with every retailer i try. And why would it just be happening to me? It's not that the payment fails or it tells me there's a problem with my account or purchase, it's that the entire NatWest plug in just crashes
