@emhhomes @emhhomesChris For 2yrs now my NatWest Home Insurance trying to contact yourselves about the damp coming from one of your property (70 Mount Rd Leicester LE5), into ours kitchen. I feed up of the none response to deal with problems. So I'm going to let everyone know !

This is actually outrageous. I am quite sure its not allowed. Surely a complaints team of a bank cannot tell lies and ignore you? Wishful thinking that the problem would go away i imagine. Like a naughty teenager. Its insane. Natwest have to be stopped

@NatWest_Help Your support page states visa debit cards are affected however I have a mastercard debit from NatWest and that has duplicate transaction on.

@LettleyPelly @KevinMe05615807 As said, you don't know how companies work. If you had an issue with your RBS mortgage or Natwest closed your local branch is that Boris' fault? The government were the majority shareholder in the group until last month and still own 48%. BUT ARE NOT INVOLVED IN OPERATIONS.

@NatWest_Help @DavidRo82428449 How long is soon? Its not a standard measure of time. We need to move away from standard banking and adopt the blockchain, no transactions can be processed without the users authorisation. It seems natwest can take money and call it an issue with no time scale of resolution.

@leviwinchester the NatWest issue is worst than reported. My dad sent birthday money to my son by bank transfer and his account was debited three (yes three) times. Not just a debit card issue.
