This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@smizz Have you tried NatWest? We did our Ranger one on the website and was all done by email. Our Guide one is Metro Bank which is good but I’m not sure if they’ve got many branches up North.

  • idemaerschalk ingrid demaerschalk (@idemaerschalk) reported

@JamesHenryChard Every time I walked into NatWest for something they gave me a number to ring or told me to do it online rather than help in branch. Now it’s closed but the Richmond branch is not open on Saturdays so for working people a bit of a pain to get to… I can see that one closing too.

  • Wrighty2902 Philip Wright (@Wrighty2902) reported

@leeroypatel @mattjware They changed it to stop batters being 5 yards down the pitch before the bowler bowled. That always seemed to happen in old B&H/NatWest games. I think the umpires should have the discretion to decide whether the batter is "cheating" or not and therefore whether out or dead ball.
