This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@grok Ofcourse not! Why would they leave an Internet trail. Bank of England funds Natwest, HSBC, Barclays etc. An overnight shut down of all their accounts for unproven allegations.... no link, yeah okay! 👍

@Bankersbonus1 @ADavies61517 @afneil During the 2008 financial crisis, the UK government stepped in to rescue major banks including Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley. The state directly spent around £137 billion in capital injections and emergency support, while offering over £1 trillion in guarantees to stop the banking system collapsing. Most of the money was eventually recovered, but taxpayers are still estimated to have lost around £30–35 billion overall, with the biggest losses coming from the RBS/NatWest bailout. Worth remembering the next time someone says the banks “were fine”.

@AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

@DebtFreeBy30UK I'm no expert, but it might make sense to pay minimum on your cards, throw everything at Monzo, then MBNA, Barclays then NatWest. Don't bother investing with this much debt. Squeeze some out of your weekly spend, even 30 quid a week will help. Move debt around to 0% early.

Elon Musk, shall I tell you what else those NatWest employees—who scammed me out of 300 pounds—did? They kept blocking my contactless payments; and they send me a message asking me to reply "yes" if I try to make the payment or "no" if I didn't. I reply "yes," confirming I try to make the payment, and they send a follow-up message saying I could use my card—yet my card remained blocked. I called NatWest customer service and explained the situation to the representative: I replied "yes" to the message and was told I could use my card again, but I still couldn't use it because it was blocked. The representative was surprised, said they didn't know why this had happened, and reactivated my card. Elon Musk, they kept blocking my contactless payments—and let me put this in a way you'd understand: they didn't do it for security reasons. In fact, I hadn't made a single payment with that card yet; I tried to make a contactless payment somewhere but couldn't because they had blocked it. The shop assistant even told me, "They probably blocked it because you made too many contactless payments today"—even though I hadn't used the card anywhere before that.

@Weirdgripping84 159 gave him a good run but Natwest **** show should have been the end of him. The fact that Laxman also kept failing in 2002 is what helped pip it in Mongia’s favor coz he bowled.

@NatWest_Help Hi Louise, thank you for your response. The card is not a NatWest card—it's an Ebix Cash Forex Card issued in India. I have already contacted the card provider, and they advised me to speak with the ATM owner/bank to see if the card can be retrieved. All of my money for my stay in the UK is on that card, so I'm finding it very difficult to manage without access to my funds. I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide regarding whether the card can be recovered from the ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, E10 7AA. Thank you for your time and assistance. 🙏🏻
