  @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

  This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

  @WestStandWindy @MightyMillers20 He doesn’t need to do an awful lot though. Can probably transfer the operating budget into club accounts from the NatWest app on his phone from his yacht. Steve will know how to buy a player and run the football side. Head coach arriving tomorrow. He’ll have a managing director (Paul Douglas?) handling the non-football side. Facetiously, you’d say of all the things Tony Stewart has got wrong in recent years, having a holiday in May is probably the one thing he’s got right!

  @Bankersbonus1 @ADavies61517 @afneil During the 2008 financial crisis, the UK government stepped in to rescue major banks including Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley. The state directly spent around £137 billion in capital injections and emergency support, while offering over £1 trillion in guarantees to stop the banking system collapsing. Most of the money was eventually recovered, but taxpayers are still estimated to have lost around £30–35 billion overall, with the biggest losses coming from the RBS/NatWest bailout. Worth remembering the next time someone says the banks “were fine”.

  the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.

  @Andrewislington @whitebearvt Yeah but on the app it also says you can also use the get cash feature at Tesco atm machines and the NatWest/rbs cash points. My cousin has a NatWest account and we’ve never had an issue as we live in an area with a lot of Tesco cash machines etc.

  @johntierney73 @NnatMmac @NatWest I worked in fraud for a bank. It is possible. You gave your pin to someone or set it to something they could work out, and they had your card. There are other ways like they had access to your Internet banking which told them your pin but that’s less likely due to 2FA.

  @NatWestBusiness Been a NatWest business customer for 25 years my new manager rang me I imagined he was going to visit my premises and get to know me & my company but NO NatWest has stopped mangers visiting business customers!!. Digital meetings😡😡😡 box ticking for them😡👎🏼
