  @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

I recieved an email recent from NatWest claiming on the 1st of October 2026 to the October of 2025 that they can close an account if they choose fo no reason; Within these dates is Covid two credit ref agencies and three brokerage platforms Pre being procured into the comp house and dwp integration of proof and verifications. In all this period there is no social life, yet a lot of documents wrote and attachments in emails. I am aware that in uk some platforms that claim to contact manage can clone a companies email or persons and respond while the origin never receives the origin; I am being beyond mentally abused over the efficiency in the reason of enhanced . I have a legal right to be recompensed to live in a hotel be near my doctors and do small amounts that become and can become global work tasks What’s the issue; as the local aspect caused damages for everyone a small handle of people

  Just moved another £3,000 into my NS&I Premium Bonds. It came from money sitting in my NatWest account that I kept dipping into whenever I needed it. I’ve now only got around £1,000 left in that account, with another £2,000 salary due tomorrow. The idea is simple: if the money isn’t sat in my current account, I’m less tempted to transfer it back and spend it. Sometimes the best financial decisions aren’t about earning a higher return-they’re about making it harder to spend. Has anyone else changed the way they organise their money to help them save more?

  Anyone else having problems with their NatWest Banking App following the last 2 phone updates? Last time I had to phone NW and they said they had others saying the same. I had to delete and reinstate my APP. I had an update last night and now can’t get in my NW Banking APP again

  @Nora11447402 @bmstewart2004 I hope it ends up a quick and painless experience. My bank was NatWest btw. Very good service from them and they understood my issue straight away. They even backdated it to my cancellation date when the first unauthorized debit resulted in my receiving the product.

  @CraigMurrayOrg I had similar with NatWest about 15 years ago. Suddenly decided I was running my business through my account. As a sole trader, invoices were paid into it but I argued that was no different from having a salary paid in. They eventually stood down

  @MmisterNobody Yes when I was going through am awful time I lost all my savings after listening to a bunch of fool about crypto. Pretty much everything I owned did well for a few weeks and all kinds of rich clowns be talking about HODL this HODL that like they're all some sort of secret alliance with the elites. I literally would have a bunch of different types of currencies so I had a variety. I could keep someone in for a good while and the moment I sold my bit of a specific coin, it would get a massive boost lol. One of them boost by like 10x within hours after me taking it out like they do it on purpose or something. The rest that I kept in just went down pretty much every day and some got rug pulled out of nowhere lmao. In the end I ended up that ****** up I made a stupid decision to take a loan out for only £10 grand where I got charged nearly £4-5 grand in interest from NatWest in just under a year. I ended up losing everything and I was guided to go insolvent lol. Still ****** now from it all and many people have the cheek to steal things from me. They want me dead, quietly suffering or locked up. They've told too many lies on my name because they couldn't take me out. Some of them have made a whole life out me these last few years too. It's quite hilarious. *********.
