@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@NatWestBusiness finally got access to online banking. Now I’m told that NatWest staff changed the format of my phone number, and now I’m in a three day cooling off period on restricted access, with no explanation as to why it’s necessary. Can’t find anything online about this!

@NatWest_Help international transfer made on 27 July. Still not arrived, every week…ring back in 5 working days…can I escalate please…yes, my supervisor will ring you…in 4 working days. No idea where the money is or if I will hear from the supervisor. Not good enough NatWest

@HalifaxBank So with the smart Money account she can have a savings account on her own app? (I’m trying to be 100% as I just went down this path with Natwest & in the end they lied - I had to have the savings a/c on my app!

@AmazonHelp Hi Cara, I've already had three conversations with customer services who each time are telling me the issue is with Natwest, so I'm going around in circles. @NatWest_Help are also aware if this.

DO NOT APPLY for a new @NatWestGroup credit card for use abroad. Ridiculous technical demands, three telephone calls, one branch visit (all lovely people) and STILL NO CARD. And I have been a customer for 40 years AND already have a NatWest Credit Card.

@LloydsBank No it’s not back to normal! I tried paying for car repair and was embarrassed as it wasn’t working! If it wasn’t for my friend that’s with NatWest and she was kind to pay for me I wouldn’t be able to collect car! Sort it please. Still does not work.
