@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

  • JoshWhelan Josh Whelan (@JoshWhelan) reported from Southall, England

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

  • julio_bcn_ JULIO 🏴‍☠️🖤🔝🏴⬛️◼️◾️▪️ (@julio_bcn_) reported from London Colney, England

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

  • mikestockwell Michael Stockwell (@mikestockwell) reported from City of London, England

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@BarclaysUKHelp How can you have a known issue but no idea when it will be fixed? I have banked with NatWest, Lloyds and Halifax and they have all been able to activate push notifications without any complications. It’s disappointing that there is such a vague response

  • I_Am_Phoenx *NEW ACC* PHOENX *EP OUT NOW* (@I_Am_Phoenx) reported

Why does natwest Peckham have terrible service??? No matter what time of day you come in, you’re guaranteed over an hour wait

  • DavidBilling175 David Billing (@DavidBilling175) reported

@barneyronay The JPL, NatWest & Benson & Hedges were even worse 70’s,80’s,90’s. Get to 100 with 2 wickets down first 25/30/35 overs..go nuts in last 10 overs. 20/20 has made one day cricket more unpredictable.

  • CherryPickLife Nicholas Taylor (@CherryPickLife) reported

@AlanJLSmith @NatWest_Help Use a proper bank. I was with NatWest for 30 years. Great when you didn’t need them. Couldn’t help when you did. Total opposite with @HandelsbankenUK always impressed with service when ever asked for help.

@NatWest_Help How? Explain exactly how I can do this? Shall I leave 27 children to teach themselves? I've got an appointment at Halifax to open ALL my accounts with them. I've had enough of NatWest. They obviously want to help me. You've all been a sham

  • gettagripfolks Woman | the word no-one dares to say (@gettagripfolks) reported

@TheMoominmama Honest to goodness. What a load of sheep. M&S and now NatWest and HSBC. Thankfully I can't remember when l last visited a branch of my bank. Please don't let Call Centres answer phones with "Good Morning, John he/his/him pronouns speaking, how may l help you."

  • SarahChezPullen MissSarah'Cheryl (@SarahChezPullen) reported

@NatWest_Help Really upset with NatWest. I’ve just had fraud on my account 4 times in a row from a gambling website, didn’t have anything come up to approve this! Taken my last bit of money out of my account! And because it’s still on pending nothing can be done yet. #fraud

  • SteveFoxAST Steve Fox (@SteveFoxAST) reported

@NatWest_Help very disappointed that my wife is being charged a £10 fee to pay an overpaid pension payment back for her deceased father's account just because she isn't a Natwest customer. Why is this? It made a difficult situation even harder when presented with this in branch.

  • slietim Timothy Sowemimo (@slietim) reported

@NatWest_Help Yes tried the sainsburys saying service is current unavailable then I transferred money to my nationwide account from NatWest and was able to withdraw

  • MissMoreaux AriesDaBrat (@MissMoreaux) reported

The chair of NatWest claims Britain will introduce the digital pound in the next five years…what will this mean for those who don’t have access to the internet ? This is violence against the poor but brits will do what they do best…watch it happen then complain endlessly
