  Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

  @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  @NatWestGroup @MartinSLewis Thrilled to have been treated like **** by Natwest - enough ID and income, no debt but no passport equals no account. Surely it is everyone's right to switch bank accounts? A shielded carer, with better things to do, stressed to tears. Well done.

  @LornaWardrope @LornaWardrope I meant to say too, NatWest is who my mortgage is with no one else would accept me nationwide were awful to deal with and almost cost me the house. I also wouldn’t touch online ‘habito’ with a barge pole, they extremely over estimated what I could borrow

  @BeckettUnite @andyjames20052 Important to note that the UK public is still the majority owner of NatWest - 54.7%. So as owners we could stop this happening. That we haven’t is a decision by our government. So this greed culture is another thing down to Johnson and his mob.

  @Mr_Chmiel NatWest seem to be more accepting of our situation (ie my temp contract). Decision in principle no problem, though obviously that’s not in any way a guarantee. Nationwide said my income wouldn’t count but my expenses would! 🙄Hoping to get an appt with an independent advisor soon

  @RBS_Help @NatWest_Help Gave up after a full hour & after seeing tweets with same issue but way longer wait times! Only found out of takeover from our bank Fraud Section following Direct Debit amend. Had been unable to change address on NatWest CTF online hence unaware of RBS take over or new reference

  @NatWest_Help @RBS_Help please help! On the phone to child trust fund for over 90 minutes inept that addresses are not shared across the group. Paid into ctf for years and now can’t even speak to someone to get hold of our new acc nos. Not the usual service we get from NatWest.
