@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Jelliott147 @NatWest_Help I'm having the same issue. Why can't I default to the card reader instead so there's another option? Finding more and more reasons to leave natwest after 21 years of loyal banking.

Well will not be shopping with tesco as its just more problems than its worth the new store at Mablethorpe us a mess electric chargers still not working and the card readers don't like or natwest cards I have had to bin one after trying it at tesco yet it worked at lidl today

Natwest mobile transaction approval app is not working and has been down since very early this morning. Can't make any purchase which reuires approval i.e. grocery shopping from a supermarket. Anyone else experiencing this issue? @paullewismoney

@otherJaneFallon Went to uni until 2010 and did a degree in surveying.... then i got a job at RBS/Natwest and worked in change, did lean six sigma etc, then it got restructured and got a job in digital/online & app banking. Since 2016 worked in 3rd sector and Civil Service

NatWest putting my mortgage balance at the top of my app so it’s the first thing I see every time I log in is some sick joke man. I don’t wanna see that for the next 28 years.🤢

I actually cannot believe that I couldn’t get home at 3AM because NatWest decided they wanted to do a service update from 01:30am - 5:00am. I couldn’t go on the app, use Apple Pay or withdraw money during this time. @NatWest_Help This is beyond dangerous.

@lxkozade @NatWest yep! like now i need to send an emergency money and i can't even send even though i'm using western union. it's like the whole banking system is down and no one can do transaction! 🤬🤬🤬
