  Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  @NatWest_Help 2/ shockingly bad service, do not trust that Natwest child trust fund can be trusted to properly administer these accounts. The bank has a responsibility to give investors access to their funds in accordance with the law, and that means SWIFT communication

  @NatWest_Help am trying to get my sons child trust fund transferred to another provider. New provider has sent forms twice yet natwest child trust fund claims they have never been received. Impossible to get through on number, how do I get someone at natwest to answer me

  2. @NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness As no help can be given for a long term client who is on holiday using card , why would I stay with NatWest? I have to lessen my holiday plans now.😡 On my return to uk first thing will be to leave personal and NatWest business account! Useless!

  @ZubyMusic Natwest did this ages ago to me. I shut my account down and went elsewhere. They don't tell us what we can spend *our money on.
