@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help @MichelleFitton1 Been on the phone to cut off saying our offices are now closed after being in a queue for 2 hours. Cannot complete the registration portal as I do not have the NatWest child reference number as I have never received a statement from NatWest and we have since moved. Help please!

@HalifaxBank Ageism and unacceptable customer care in your Hartlepool Branch toward my 87 year old parents. Rude staff with no compassion, had my parents go back five times to provide suitable ID. NatWest resolved their issues within 30minutes and were kind and courteous

@NatWest_Help Had a response from Natwest, regarding the complaint. Upheld 1 issue, and the other I can sort out. Accepted the decision, and compensation of £100 Amazon vouchers. Shame it had to go as far as a complaint though, but they have taken a few things on board regarding the issues.

@RBS_Help NatWest service level very poor - always queues prior toCovid. It was notorious for queues long before closure of RBS opposite! I will use the app if that offers more.
