Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@NatWest_Help Hi. As soon as I type in my password it says there’s an issue between you and I. I’ve checked for any disruption but everything ok. I’ve checked my wifi turning on and off but still an issue with my mobile NatWest app. Can you help please
