@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@monzo How about increasing your savings account interest rates to 5% like natwest and other banks instead the highest is easy access is less than 2%. Your loan interest rates are over 10%. Not really helping us are you

@NatWestBusiness Well that would be a miracle when in a few clicks a Natwest business customer is unable to open a Business Reserve account (meeting all criteria that is) and after speaking to 7 different advisers at Natwest taking over 1 hour is still unable to open a Business Reserve account.

@DanJPerry It's a lost opportunity to improve too. Both cases have customer submitting detailed real world feedback. Panasonic: more to lose admitting fault (class action lawsuits etc), obsolescence. Now: happy to remain incompatible with Natwest Mastercard, with no exception handling even.

@MoneySavingExp Natwest site is a mess. Going round in circles due to Joint account. Basically it seems you can't use the switch service for a joint account. Have to first open a sole account and later add another person. Pain in the butt.

Our business group currently banks with @NatWest_Help, & has unsuccessfully been trying to open a new account. It has not happened for whatever reason, and we have been trying since last year. We need an online account. Should we look elsewhere? Help is required, please #natwest

One of the most irritating things about NatWest (aside from the terrible interest rates) is that, if I want to pay into another account, I need a ruddy piece of hardware to stick my card into to get a code LIKE IT'S 2005 STOP IT Just text me a code or in-app it @NatWest_Help

@SP_EnergyPeople Hello. Called to pay my bill today and on the first transaction the operator said it hasn’t gone through and to try again. Did it again and it went through. Just checked my bank and it’s taken it twice. It’s pending so NatWest can’t help. Will it go back in acc?

@HukAleksandra You can allways deposit to your crypto account lol. Natwest blocked me, this is the only they can't block me.
