Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

My 92 year old mum was in the bank recently and the assistant said she would get someone more senior to help her. Who knew they had 94 year old bank managers in NatWest?! Name of bank changed for GDPR reasons of course!

@SarahCorkerNews re:mortgages -I was denied by @NatWest_Help.Told 'credit check failed'.15%+ dpst, 17yrs NatWest excellent mrtge customer, secure job/salary & excellent @Equifax rating.The only factor-3mnth mortgage break as I couldn't move house due to lockdown 1 restrictions.

Dont you just love it when tui refuse to give your money back! I.changed banks from natwest to barclays and they can only send my.refund to natwest which is closed lol!! The refund even bounced back to them but they dont give a ****
