@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help #natwest now over 2 months & told on 6 different occasions over the phone it will be sorted in 5 days(20 days so far)and told I can’t talk to a manager as everyone is working from home?I’ve never knew #natwest was so #unorganised . Also put in a complaint on line and guess what!

@NatWest_Help not yet had a reply about the number in the start of this thread. as they rang me 3 times today claiming to be natwest bank survey for upgrading my account but trucaller block it as scam and Internet is mixed views. Some say legitimate some say its a Scammer.

@craigcunn @SwitchUpG @NatWest_Help I worked many years in IT, I know tech can fail, however, an online service as big as Natwest should have a complete redundant system that can kick in when the main system fails. There is ZERO excuse for not updating their website with service out warning

@Norv675 @RichardHeartWin I’ve had the same with natwest but if you only top up once a day it works fine. I’ve also opened a sterling bank account as they openly support crypto and I’ve had 0 problems topping up my card.

@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

Nationwide was down yesterday. Today it's Natwest & RBS. I sent my last warnings to my family yesterday. Guaranteed not one of them listens 😪
