@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help is there something wrong with telephone banking? All I am hearing is ‘welcome to NatWest’ and then nothing else. I have tried callling 4 times now. Also the messaging function is not working

@TimD2704 Not a sole trader but have used a load of business banking websites / apps. NatWest is good. Easy to use and you can export 12 months data with no problems. TSB, Santander & HSBC Business all awful in their own ways- limit exporting data to 90 transactions / 3 months, etc.

@natwest i’ve tried chatting up the robot on your app for help but she won’t tell me how to call you guys on wifi instead of spending so much money on credit. £10 just disappeared being on hold for 8+ minutes 😩

At my wits end. Trying to finalise a remortgage through @natwest . Their legal department is virtually impossible to contact. Requires me to use an ID check system that doesn't work, and doesn't answer e-mails. Any suggestions from anybody would be gratefully received.

@TheSecretAcct @PelagicCapital In 1990 NatWest markets shut their options team down and booted most of us out ...the staff mortgage at 5pc under base (9pc) was replaced with standard 3pc over ...that smarted a bit ..F knows why I still have a financial relationship with them ! . luckily the mortgage was 30k

@crocsandsocks78 @NatWest I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@Natwest has wrong business hours in Balham, guy literally just shut the door in my face. Told me I can set up a business account on the phone. Called the business line for them to tell me I have to do it online. Seriously, what ******** is point if your staff??
