  Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help very lovely online chat agents who cannot help at all. Will be going to the regulator as NatWest has betrayed our trust as customers and are leaving my pensioner parents £4000 out of pocket. Really quite disgraceful.

  @c_l84 @LeeButterley Just about to say that - I left NatWest too as they were awful. Switched to first direct, and could see the wages go in day earlier
