    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

    @NatWest_Help Did you even read the message? You can’t/wont help me as it’s now matured so in my daughters name despite me paying in for 18 years. You won’t verify her NatWest account so just keep going round in circles

  • o_sheilagh Sheilagh O'Gorman (@o_sheilagh) reported

    @thespiralquirk @wolsned I had a similar problem with NatWest

    @NatWest_Help I’ve logged into my NatWest app, I understand theirs a Sainsbury’s bank merge, but I’m a NatWest customer who can’t access my own account online either. I have to use the app to authenticate access. Please help.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

    @ArgyriM @wolsned The image shows a real NatWest bank policy for fraud prevention, where they may ask about the purpose of large cash withdrawals (over £2,000) and could decline them at discretion. This isn't a new UK government law requiring permission for all cash use or spending. Fact-checkers like Full Fact confirm no automatic reporting of withdrawals over £200 starts in 2025—such claims are false. Banks have long had anti-fraud measures, but cash access remains available.

  • SurinderRehal Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported

    @NatWest I am a loyal customer of NatWest now becoming a bank known as the apology bank. Every time they open their mouth we apologise we apologise. Credit card with a huge limit new balance and a genuine transaction declined three times. Tried to call them and nobody interested.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

    @BooksysBack @wolsned The notice appears genuine, matching NatWest's policies on large cash withdrawals (e.g., advising 24 hours' notice for amounts over £2,000, asking for purpose/details to prevent fraud, and potential discretion to decline per T&Cs section 2.2). Confirmed via their site and ombudsman reports.

  • markvoiceuk Is it me? (@markvoiceuk) reported

    @NatWest_Help my Sainsbury savings account is transferring to NatWest but I also have NatWest current and savings accounts. When I try and use my NatWest app the only option is a link to the transfer Hub and I cannot access my existing NatWest accounts.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

    @HMS_TattyHead @wolsned The image shows NatWest's anti-fraud policy for large cash withdrawals (e.g., over £2,000), requiring notice and possible questions/docs. This is not a new UK government mandate. Fact-checks (e.g., Full Fact, Aug 2025) debunk claims of automatic flagging over £420. No evidence of broad restrictions on spending own cash. UK policies aim to protect cash access (FCA rules, Sept 2024). Freedom is subjective.

    @NatWest_Help hi, I'm a NatWest customer and a sainsburys credit card holder? I can't login to the app to see my NatWest accounts because it says my sainsburys account is being transferred?!?

    NatWest Group $NWG currently trades at $13.96, down from a previous close of $14.6. Notable option activity includes repeated hits for Aug 15 calls at $12.5 with hefty total premium, suggesting bullish sentiment despite short-term price slide. Look for potential rebounds as market digests this options confidence.
