  • AyAyRon86 Aaron (@AyAyRon86) reported from Bexleyheath, England

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@HeadingtonNews I'm a NatWest customer and I haven't been into the Headington branch (or any other) since 2019.

@trafalgarartuk As a customer of NatWest who have had their accounts frozen for no reason. With no communication from NatWest I fully endorse your comments. Don't touch them with a bargepole and close your account while you still can.

  • c_h_pugh Christopher Pugh (@c_h_pugh) reported

@NatWest_Help I have not used my NatWest debit card on the internet before. I want to pay £10 every month for my broadband. I have registered a mobile phone number and email with you. Am I likely to have any problems paying over the internet? Thank you.

  • ShanePearce Shane Pearce 📻 (@ShanePearce) reported

Why do banks take issue with independent adult content creators? I have friends who do very well from Only Fans etc however I’ve seen instances recently of NatWest and Starling ending their banking relationship without providing a valid reason, and stopping these people earning

  • RaindogSamuel Raindog Samuel (@RaindogSamuel) reported

@RealCandaceO Most people don't realize that a bank has the right to fire client are under no obligation givr a reason or to offer a service. The other disturbing trend is that big banks have gobbled up a lot of the smaller institutions. Remember Fleet? NatWest? This is the ultimate control.

  • Pieandapint John Porter 🇺🇦 (@Pieandapint) reported

@Dymvue My mum has the same issue. NatWest has cut the local branch opening hours and sent an 85-year-old woman a card reader in the belief that she'll be able to manage her account online. Some very vulnerable people are effectively being abandoned by the banking system.

  • PropertyJedi Property Jedi (@PropertyJedi) reported

@Arron_banks I can prove that @hmtreasury colluded with the big banks to defraud and asset strip UK SME’s including my business. I took @Natwest to court for £10m & they forged their entire case - Please help 🙏

  • CPMumma79 Js Mum (@CPMumma79) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

  • _J_Ross_ Weeman (@_J_Ross_) reported

@CosmicHerb70 @anon_opin They'd be riding round all the closed down bank branches. The NatWest, the Barclays, the Midlands. Even the Lloyds.
