    @Basil_TGMD simple solution: CASH ! If you are a natwest customer only use ATMs get the cash you need. 100% usable 100& non traceable. shops love cash.

    @JohnHann0404 NatWest yea does it I closed my account current accounts down awhile ago when I noticed it in may this year. Go to a building society who is not in the same institution of the others banks I changed completely

    @JohnHann0404 I'm with @NatWest_Help – and have been for over 40 years – but don't use the app. I use desktop login and an old-fashioned card reader to verify myself. If NatWest start playing silly beggars with my account, I'll close it. #nodigitalid
