@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@FishMcneill @bobmatt My lunchtime PB as a teen was working in the NatWest on Katherine Street. Left at 1pm, had 4 pints and a bottle of Lowenbrau in The Forum, walked back to queue for a sandwich and was back at my desk for 2pm. I was mortalled and good for nothing.

@k1610baker I use the Natwest app. Never been asked to use anything other than PIN to login and carry out banking transactions - even ones for more than £500.

So back on hold I go for another 10 min (having basically been told, hey we don’t give a **** about helping our customers abroad). Get through to next person, go through security for the 3rd time. Told again, NatWest didn’t contact me 9/

@NatWest_Help can anyone help with the opening of an account for my Ukrainian guest we applied two weeks ago & have since not heard anything. I’ve called NatWest twice today, each time I’m told to make this enquiry online!

Ugh, why are NatWest like this? Trying to find a branch that is open on Saturday with staff actually working on the counter is non existent!

@NatWest_Help Why the hell is it so complicated reporting a payment that was not authorised?? I simply wanted to block any further payment to a scam operator. NatWest’s reporting system sends users to a dozen webpages - I’ve had to cancel my credit card bcs your system is such a farce.

@PeterSimmo Brilliant. That's worth knowing. HSBC have been appalling for years & the bank charges thing - which was always a problem - has suddenly become a massive issue. I'll look at NatWest. Thanks.

@Crozzy1971 @FishMcneill @bobmatt I used to work in the back off of Kingston NatWest. On a Friday my pal and I would go to the Scream student pub where you could get a 4 pint pitcher and a burger and chips for £12. We’d do one each then just spend the afternoon counting down to 5 o’clock
