    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    @NatWest_Help @sophb66 Other banks offer the ability to fix the contactless amount anywhere from £30 to £100 in £5 increments. It may be a case of mandatory but if willing this could be implemented by NatWest

    @NatWestBusiness Many thanks for your feedback. I have absolutely no faith in Natwest and have now raised official complaints regarding this issue and another issue that happened today with a payment confirmation.

    @Ian_Fraser @albrummer @TheWeek Was it really so impossible just to carve out and nationalise the bog standard, viable retail banking loan and deposit books of NatWest and leave the shareholders and receivers to fight over whatever value was left?

    @HarriettMooreB2 NatWest have been screwed since the financial crash in 2007 and got a £260 million fine this week for money laundering failings. Halifax had launched a service in the south before HBoS went bust and then closed every branch. Wouldn’t read that much into this move Harriet.

    I haven’t received a text from Natwest saying I’ve entered my overdraft. I’m convinced the app is broken and quite frankly, I’m too scared to check.

    The NatWest saga contd: so @NatWest_Help tried to help, asked me to retry the transaction, that failed and referred me back to the fraud team. Fifth call, the call drops. Sixth call, looked promising, the guy says 'hold on, let me bring up your case' ... zzzz ... zzz 1/
