@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@itvMLshow I had a paid account with NatWest. I didn’t request it. I started getting charged in 2005 & only realised in about 2015! Problem was I didn’t check my account back then. I know - I’m a fool! Made a claim in 2015 and they said they would only refund payments for 1 year

@ShaneMcC I was a HSBC business customer. When I returned to limited co status, I went with Natwest's Mettle: and can't fault it. All phone based, which is great for a 1-person biz, maybe not for something bigger. Using Wise for international stuff.

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 Sorry to jump on this thread, but I’m in the same position with my mortgage! I was told by NatWest on the phone on Friday that I am unable to access an account online with NatWest as it came from Metro Bank, and that my only way to manage it is by phone. Is that not the case?

Paid my NatWest credit card via my NatWest app and the payment has been taken twice. They cannot refund as the payment is pending. 40 minutes on the phone and still not able to refund. This is supposed to be the bank who aim to be ‘the number one bank for customer service’

@NatWest_Help disgusting customer service today over two hours on hold to various customer service reps to be cut off each time, not one returned my call and promising each they would if we were to be cut off !! I look forward to hearing back from you !! #natwest #natwestbank
