    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    Struggling to get Natwest to deal with what seems to be fraudulent activity on my natwest account. Tried last evening. Person could not deal as after 8pm. I took call back option this morning. The call back option put me on hold. No point in calling back to put me on hold. Help

    @VoteYesSept @NatWest_Help Eventually "oh yes, I see it now - it's in the wrong box". (Rubbish - NatWest's automated customer call centres use it when they offer a call-back as an alternative to queuing. The only problem that a 15m slot is actually a two hour slot - and then you're back in the queue!)

    @fairycakes I went on a three month repayment holiday with NatWest which was also ****. It seems it wasn’t ATOL protected as I’ve returned from Barbados with a huge mortgage bill.

    @NatWest_Help I love this bank. Made payment to parents followed by an incoming call from natwest fraud team, held for 45 minutes and then phone put down. Why should I expect anything better #nothappy

    @NatWest the #service at your branch on Lytham Raod, Blackpool is poor. There is only 1 member of staff working at a busy period of the day, and the line is getting longer and longer

    I have politely asked you Three Times, by phone, and by digital assistant to transfer credit balance Come on NatWest, and share customer notes between Cora, digital assistant, customer services, phone, emails, credit card and many other departments within your set up..../5
