    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    @NatWest_Help it's misleading to say on the status page that there are no problems. I cannot access mobil app after updating it (samsung/android) on Sunday just past and until now cannot access mobile app. Natwest via a call to their technical dept. acknowledged there's a fault.

    Why are NatWest an absolute joke - customer service is appalling over the phone, placed on hold to the fraud team for 25 mins to go through to an ‘EE voicemail’! Happy to take overdraft charges but won’t answer to refund fraudulent activity!!! @NatWest_Help

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @natwest your customer service is appalling,I have had my account blocked since Friday morning without any explanation or contact from you. I have been put on hold a million times and have been promised calls back that haven’t happened. It’s ridiculous

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

    Hey @TrustWalletApp and @MoonPayHQ I purchased £50 of BNB 2 days ago. I can see my money have deposited out of my @NatWest account but nothing has hit my TrustWallet app as yet. I also didn’t get an email confirmation. Can you help at all? Thanks.
