    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    @25z2 @Malwarebytes If you follow the link, it says you have to log in to online banking to download the free software. So if you don't do online banking, you can't get it. A bit misleading then to say it's for ALL Natwest customers.

    @RoadsideMum Don't know which bank you are with, but when I was with natwest, if they thought there was a fraudulent transaction, they'd stop the transaction but not block the card, and text me "this transaction is suspect, was it you, text back yes or no"

    @NatWest_Help Wow! An existing customer, 85 year old with a hearing impairment wants to open additional account, has to have online banking or a smart phone in order to access app relay health, the customer doesn't have either, so told by Natwest sorry we can't help!

    @Joedev1956 @UlsterBank I’m switching my Northern Ireland UB account as well as closing my ROI UB accounts - apart from ripping me off for fifteen quid for making a transfer from ROI to NI, being messed around after being a NatWest and UB customer since 1989 leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.

    @willjennings80 @SustainableTall NatWest tower is more complex and rich than these building block toy structures. If it’s not new then maybe it’s a dumbing down of the branded approach.

    @NatWest_Help I’m OK with it public! I’ve been banking with NatWest UK since I was 16 when you lied about supporting students & had 0% interest or contact w me. I’ve always had funds & now that I graduated, i am earning from overseas as well, I wish to close my account. Can you help with that?

    @petematheson NatWest doesn’t support Samsung pay which I didn’t know was a thing a few years back. Even stuff like this would bother me not using an iPhone

    Absolutely shocking service from @NatWest_Help this morning. 35 minutes for my mum to get a replacement card. Two calls having confirmed over a dozen pieces of data. Absolutely ridiculous! Totally frustrated and exhausted. #customerexperience #customerservice #natwest
