  @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

  @NatWest_Help hello guys im trying to log in to my account and i get this error msg "Sorry, we’re unable to display your account(s) at this time New to NatWest? If you’ve just successfully opened an account, it can take up to two business days, im an old customer.

  @NatWest_Help The post office takes even longer for the cheques to clear and the cheque deposit machines are inside the branch and the branch closes before I finish work. So that's no help sadly. NatWest really needs to pull its finger out, miles begins other banks in terms of technology.

  Never take a loan, Credit card or Mortgage out with #Natwest @NatWest_Help They take a payment out 2 days late, that they set up, no phone calls, nothing, send letters that took a month by total mail to get here and completely ****** my credit score up due to their error

  @NatWest_Help I have a joint account and haven't used it since 2016. I have noticed Natwest appearing on my credit report as an active account. So, I decided to call your customer service. As I don't remember my telephone password, I was told to go to a branch to verify the account.
