@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@thestarboretum @MetroBank_Help Yes even if they give us a portal to log issues with the app, I encounter many issues and glitches with their app and online banking yet nothing every gets fixed. Well I don’t think MB are rolling in it they sold mortgage customers to NatWest without telling us to get more cash

I clearly should do things in the morning when I first wake. Spam got into my inbox and it appeared from NatWest. Dosy me checked and clicked the link. Thankfully I noticed the website URL and noped right out. Come on brain your better than that.

@Norv675 @RichardHeartWin I’ve had the same with natwest but if you only top up once a day it works fine. I’ve also opened a sterling bank account as they openly support crypto and I’ve had 0 problems topping up my card.
