@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@BloombergUK NatWest have taken transactions twice and called it an error off countless amounts of people still not fixed. To me this is fraud, this is a crime, they have taken money that is not theirs. Disgusting excuse for a bank hoping the big CEOs are taken for every penny they have.

It’s been over 24hrs and Natwest still don’t have a timeframe regarding when we’ll get our money back. I am penniless, in minus figures with an unarranged overdraft and they’ve done nothing to help. The only thing they’ve managed to do is patronise people. Shocking

@NatWest_Help @DavidRo82428449 How long is soon? Its not a standard measure of time. We need to move away from standard banking and adopt the blockchain, no transactions can be processed without the users authorisation. It seems natwest can take money and call it an issue with no time scale of resolution.

So a retailer has stated IN WRITING at a least 3 times that they issued me a refund on 12/03/22 but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! #Natwest refuses to help just because the original transaction was in 2020. I'm just at a loss at this point @NatWest_Help

Howard Davies (Chair of NatWest) making a compelling case on @BBCr4today for Govt help on the #CostOfLivingCrisis to come through large benefit boosts rather than tax cuts - far better targeted on those with low income & no savings. More efficient, more just. Hard to disagree.
