    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    @NatWest_Help The retailer says they support PSD2 fully. It also failed on the NatWest site. Somethings wrong. And the card team just give me one word answers. The card isn’t fit for purpose.

    @Richard_D_E @NatWest @HSBC_UK Agree that UK address is needed. Relates to UK banking reform after the financial crisis. And recommend signing on with a doctor straight away. My son didn't, contracted severe Covid very early in first wave and was unable to access NHS when he was poorly.

    @NatWest_Help hey Natwest - I'm a female traveling solo in Europe and you decided to block my debit (visa) card without previous notice. Just spoke to Palwhart and he said he can't do anything. Can you solve this? It's critical that I keep access to my card. For my own safety!!

    @rodmeister67 @kisskerr @kevverage It doesn’t change ownership because it is owned by RBS, who changed their name to NatWest group due to it being the majority of their customer facing business. You’re not very good at this are you?

    @NatWestGroup Employees in RBS India Claimed Forged Bills under their Service For Tax Evasion. I can provide the proofs that can be verified. Plz provide a valid email id to share.I am also sharing the same with Income Tax department India as RBS Natwest approved such forged docs

    @LloydsBank No it’s not back to normal! I tried paying for car repair and was embarrassed as it wasn’t working! If it wasn’t for my friend that’s with NatWest and she was kind to pay for me I wouldn’t be able to collect car! Sort it please. Still does not work.
