    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    My 92 year old mum was in the bank recently and the assistant said she would get someone more senior to help her. Who knew they had 94 year old bank managers in NatWest?! Name of bank changed for GDPR reasons of course!

    Dont you just love it when tui refuse to give your money back! I.changed banks from natwest to barclays and they can only send my.refund to natwest which is closed lol!! The refund even bounced back to them but they dont give a ****

    @NatWest_Help This is cleaver then. Because I got your telephone number from your online site. Then contacted NatWest from this, then they confirmed that the bingo transaction was in fact attempted. The NatWest telephone number I phoned was 0345 788 8444 is this correct

I even called natwest who said you should not send it to ab account you know isn't active. I don't bank with

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup She's been in to her local branch to get help and they've not helped her one bit!! Because of #natwest actions, with no explanation to her, she can't now open another bank account elsewhere as you've blackened her name!!

    So after speaking to 6 different @NatWest_Help staff and being transferred 4 times the issue is with incorrect information held by a 3rd party provider @TransUnion. NatWest can’t help me because it’s a 3rd party. Transunion can’t help me because according to them I don’t exist.

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!
