Just reminder that high street banks are failing savers who need instant access to their cash. BoE rate now at 4% but these are the rates offered for easy-access accounts with £5,000 saved: - Barclays: 0.55% - HSBC: 0.75% - Lloyds: 0.60% - NatWest: 0.65% Just terrible...

Sat in @NatWest Yeovil being told I can have 12 months of my bank statements printed off for sustainability. It’s a few A4 sheets of paper for a customer of 25 years. Not impressed.

@NatWest_Help NatWest decided to disable my account and my card. Called them only for them to put the phone down on me. I’m pregnant and I’ve had a procedure done so unable to even to go to the branch. Disgusting. Now I have no money.

@PhilipWhitchelo @PickardJE Rose is an idiot. Thought changing the name from RBS to NatWest, a failed bank that RBS bought before it failed itself, would resolve deep cultural issues. You can roll a **** in glitter, it’s still a ****. Was offensive to Scotland too, she’s been cutting jobs up here.
