@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@Barclaycard Barclaycard website, I used a friends Natwest card to make this months payment and transferred them the money. However I will either need to change banks or credit card companies if this isn't sorted out from one side or the other.

@NatWest_Help Hi - It's not an issue with my account, it's clearly an issue with the payment authentication you've rolled out that necessitates using the app. As stated, lots of examples on, for example, the Royal Mints facebook page of other natwest customers having the issue. Only in Chrome.

Argh. @NatWest_Help is stopping me from paying for my @perlegobooks subscription because ‘Please be advised that the reason the transaction got declined is due to bank policy which are in place to protect the customer as well as the Bank. I hope this helps’. Wtf NatWest?!

@JEPnews Gosh, I can remember when it was TSB. The loss of NatWest in St. Brelade has had a huge effect. So many small businesses used it to avoid town, and much easier parking for elderly. May be prudent financially, but certainly not customer centric. Progress isn’t always better.

Just got email off natwest saying they changing from visa to mastercard. And yet over the years there's been a lot of issues with mastercard payments going down which is why I liked natwest on bida as all my other cards are mastercard and visa has never gone down @NatWest_Help

I loved using the natwest app but now I have all my accounts with them, the first thing I log in now is £-108000. Couldn't they stick that at the bottom or something?
