  @Steve_bird69 @NatWest_Help It's ridiculous, customers have basically had no access to manage their investments for 2 weeks and natwest hasn't even contacted customers. It has taken longer to fix the problem that it took to create it. Which seems like they have a far bigger issues they need to resolve.

  @NatWest_Help Thinking of applying for a loan then don't use Natwest. Been waiting for three weeks to sort out a information request from them BUT the number they give is closed and you can only deal through customer services who can only use the same email loans ignore you on.

The site has been inaccessible since the day it moved to the U.K., after locking us out for well over a week to make the move. Quite poor for a huge bank. IT is clearly not your strong point.   If you get scammed and your with @natwest you’re screwed! No help at all, bent over and ****** since banks have closed and not able to go in a and physically sort it!
