@BBCTheOneShow @BBCWatchdog @BBCiPlayer I was scammed out of £500.00 person got access to my online bankings woke up to find money gone.natwest fraud said couldn't help but funny how the faster payments team noticed unusual activity and stoped two further payments to the same person, bank closed bank when I complained

@BarclaysBizChat The business show is on, where is Barclays Bank, Natwest and other major banks. They should be the first to come to the business show to help Small businesses, But they are not there! Shame on them, thats why we bank with Metro Bank, much better and clean bank which care.

@NatWest_Help We presented the certificate of probate more than three weeks ago. We've heard nothing. Can't access the account. Don't know what's happening. We have creditors chasing for payment and the lines of communication to Natwest are awful.

only reason I got through all of this, was Monzo, Natwest wouldn't let me open a bank account without more paperwork than I had given I'd just returned to the country less than a month prior and didn't have a rental agreement or any **** sorted out yet.

@LikeGoinThisWay I'm with NatWest and I received a communication in October stating they're ceasing to issue Visa Debit cards and will be issuing Debit Mastercards as the replacement from December 2021.

@HalifaxBank Even though NatWest wasn’t down, Halifax was. They told me that yes, having to leave my car in the petrol station & walk home was an inconvenience, but what did I want them to do about it?

@NatWest_Help As a serious point a 10 year old would realise that an 81 year old would not be able to deal with what you have done so why do NatWest not understand this? The population are getting older. Your people seem powerless/unwilling to sort issues they have caused?
