@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

A few months ago, since then I have tried contacting natwest due to this issue of wanting to change my address and have had no luck, now my bank card is blocked and I am unsure if I have been issued a new bank card due to my address not having been changed

@NatWest_Help @BristolPride Natwest give me back my money. Close my account and transfer my funds to the account provided. Both accounts same holder, same ID, but they don't do it. Eight months with no access to my money.

@LloydsBank good morning, my monthly SO to my NatWest acc hasn't reached it yet. They say I'm overdrawn because of my SO to my Savings acc. I can see you're working on the issue; I just wanted to check PSR covers any overdrawn charges that may be incurred by your system issues?

As a @natwest customer I’ve spent the most laborious morning trying to set up a @rooster_money account for the kids but the onboarding process is woefully painful and obstructive 😫. Do not recommend!Back to @gohenry - unless anyone else has any other recommendations?

@ChaseSupportUK @AshThom96332375 Can you please stop lying to the public, your systems is the worst in the UK, i transferred money yesterday from natwest it took 6 hours to arrive. You just dnt get it, fix your transfers. No bank in the UK has this problem they are all instant ! Don't try and blame the othe bank
