@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

@PostOffice Hi, I paid a cheque into my NatWest account via yourselves. The staff member took down the wrong Sort Code. Emailed your customer care team. Any chance we can get a phone number as no answer. Several hundred pounds missing and no way of tracking. Please help!

@NatWest_Help @NatWest worst experience paying in 3 bank notes into my account. Your Westfield Startford branch has 4 outdated machines that r junk. Not 1 could process 3 notes without spitting them out! assistant told me to go to the post office. What kind of service is that?

@BarclaysBizChat horrendous service from business banking. Wish I'd never moved from Natwest. Repeat emails to "know your customer" and nothing. Just threats of account restrictions. Appalling.
