@RBS_Help as a member of the public and ex employee I'm shocked an appalled by the customer service I've received. 5 day SLA that is now on its 17th day without a response..apart from a system driven text....I have names (at RBS natwest) ill keep private for now.

NatWest in Epsom were ever so helpful swapping my Northern Ireland issued bank notes for Bank of England bank notes without any fuss. Banking as it should be. Barclays Bank in Epsom should learn from this. I was very disappointed with the service earlier, @NatWest_Help.

@NatWest_Help just been through another awful experience over 10 days on fraud all caused by Natwest. Total shambles. Polite responses to tickbox when you eventually complain to FCA. No urgency or bother about fraud.

@Nelle_Macbeth If it's any consolation I had similar trying to switch to paperless with natwest, can only be done by logging into website, not via the app. But I'd have to reset my pw to get onto the website :/

@VirginMoney recently you have demolished the fingerprint login and sry but I'm moving everything over to NatWest Bank because they have amazing biometrics. I've called you I've done the stupid chat thing yet you have ignored me. Everything else has working biometrics so don't..
