    @EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

    @NatWestBusiness access to my business account stopped due to incomplete business profile which was in process. Am 1 person business, little help. Appalling c/service. No thought for the individual. 40 years with natwest, 20 years as business account 🥺 Help req.

    @MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.

    @NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?

    @robprogressive A couple of years ago I went to buy some BTC from Coinbase as I had done many times. Natwest declined my card several times so I called the bank and was told there was no problem and to wait and try again. This continued for 24hrs so I called them back and eventually they put me through to another office - after several conversations someone came on and send actually Natwest have blocked any purchases on crypto exchanges due to the risk of fraud - I went nuts, if this is bank policy then why did items so many calls to get this response - I can check a box confirming that I accept the fraud risk and send my life savings to a Nigerian Prince but cannot invest with a US stock listed company which I had done many times previously - the UK banking industry is absolutely terrified of BTC - they recently allowed some investment in BTC ETF's (not quite ETFs but similar) in reality it's virtually impossible to access these. If they do this with gold then that's another thing altogether - I live and work in Asia now and gold is a key pillar of investment as they never trust the government and banks as burnt so any times in the past

    @TNLUK I still can't add my card. I have a new card I believe your system blocked it I don't think NatWest will block it for no reason

    @btcjvs Fixed rate ends August 31st this year, NatWest won't let us find and fix in until less than 120 days before rate ends😬
