@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

had breakfast with a chap (big in databases) who told he'd forgotten Teradata, Db2 etc existed. Well, look at the customers, Natwest, Aviva etc. these guys down move systems on a whim

@GreatJessUK @NatWest_Help Had the same issue, had to wait 2 months for an appointment because was a 2 part mortgage. NatWest should pay the difference in interest rates as this delays they are their own fault for not automating things online.
