@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@BarclaysUK I’m a grateful customer at Barclays Notting Hill Gate (refugee from awful NatWest). Totally dependent on impeccable personal service of marvellous staff there. Anker this morning, the diligent ladies other occasions. I beg you: don’t even CONSIDER closing this branch.

@alexisconran @channel5_tv Very useful information. But I’m still confused about how the scammer got entry to the banking app with just an OTP code. NatWest require entry of customer number, PIN and passcode. I will now use a Sim PIN but réalisé it needs entry whenever the phone is restarted.

@OldhamChronicle pls not housing. Trams & road traffic alone on noise pollution, never mind there is no "green space" for children. needs something to include the Natwest bank too. Oldham does not have a working/historical mill and its almost where "home of the tubigrip" was invented.

Very sad to hear of the planned closure of the NatWest bank in Heslington. This follows the closure of Barclays and Lloyds branches in recent past. This comes at a time when so many in the local disabled community can’t access banks in York city centre due to the Blue Badge Ban.
