@MartinSLewis That's an interesting result and imagine differs for those in cities. I'm a very happy #Nationwide customer, and like that they approach everyone if there's a queue and offer to help. The local Santander, Lloyds, Barclays & Natwest branches have all closed.

@NatWest_Help Thanks Carina, but three of your colleagues have told me they can not do anything. I have been a customer for 25 years and this is how NatWest treat us.
