@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

Dear @RBS_Help your service is desperate. No branches, nobody answers the phone, Cora can't answer my question. I'm going to trek to one of two branches in the whole of London. Nobody can tell me if a NatWest branch can deal with it - local branch of NW also gone. Terrible.

Asda and not them, even though their app closes randomly, is very slow and glitchy and doesn't register the debit in my bank account balance on the NatWest app. Please could you look into this and let me know if this is an Asda issue or a NatWest issue? Quite frankly I just want
