  @NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

Major banks, including NatWest and Lloyds, have closed branches in the area, stating that they must adapt to changing customer habits, as many users now prefer to bank online.   @JoeStephenson96 Tbf bankers and people working at a bank are different, if someone turned up to their customer facing role at NatWest hammered I don't think they'd last very long

  @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

  @K_Niemietz there's a lot of space between the skyscrapers so they get to speak for themselves. the problem in the city at the moment is that they've all been clustered together. it used to look way more impressive when you just had the Gherkin, Natwest buildiing and LSE building
