@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@Reiziger_88 @pndc @RealWillyBot I believe credit card payments are widely restricted already (too many chargebacks when number went down). Barclays cut off Binance, TSB cut off all crypto exchanges, RBS/Natwest is just warning customers AFAIK

@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.

@NatWest_Help @baddersno7ynwa Has this still not been fixed? I also have a 1 on the NatWest app to say there is a notification but there are none when I open the app. Sounds like it’s a problem from over 18 months ago!

If you are a disgruntled banking customer please RT, although I have paid for tracking letters, and evidence of them being received the bank is not acknowledging receipt. I will lose my house imminently if they don’t respond. RT #natwest @NatWest_Help
