@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@NatWest_Help been attempting to set up online banking for our PC for months. Completed the application, all parties signed online & had a letter to say it can’t be processed because my email address doesn’t match your records? I’m not a NatWest customer so whose records? Argh 😡

Hi @yorkshire_dales. Are there any known issues with your car park ticket machines? I can't get any Google Pay, nor Garmin Pay contactless payments to work and I've tried several banks (Monzo, NatWest and Starling) and cards. I have no problems anywhere else.

So @Natwest locked my account on friday without my knowledge or communication. Finally have access but now informed it will take them 5 working days to notify my employer that my wages didn't go in so i can get them resent. Absolutely disgraceful!

At my wits end. Trying to finalise a remortgage through @natwest . Their legal department is virtually impossible to contact. Requires me to use an ID check system that doesn't work, and doesn't answer e-mails. Any suggestions from anybody would be gratefully received.

@WhichMoney Similar problem with NatWest. They took months (after Grant of Probate received) to release bank funds, with no reason. (Took many hours of letters & phonecalls to get resolved). Yet they managed to use cheque to pay off mortgage, sent with Grant of Probate, immediately!

@NatWest_Help is there anything I can do when I've placed an online order using my NatWest debit card and the website used hasn't sent me my goods and then when I've just looked up reviews, it's showing as a scam website that takes payment and never sends goods 🤦🏼

@crocsandsocks78 @NatWest Have to go in to a branch and sort it. Tell them you are going to complain to the banking ombudsman and claim compensation for your missed wages. Do you have access to money from anywhere else ?

@ElliotBath @HSBC_UK @NatWestGroup Just awful service. We’ll be leaving HSBC as soon as we’re allowed access to our own bank account and wages. No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!

@NatWest_Help Hi. I’m trying to book a holiday but when I click on the notification for transaction approval on the NatWest app and log in to the app the ‘approve transaction banner’ isn’t appearing on the Home Screen. Is there an issue? I can’t book without it. Thanks
