@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@MartinSLewis Since Sainsbury’s were taken over by NatWest I’ve been unable to access my isa. NatWest are aware of the “glitch” but unable to give a date by when it will be resolved. Apparently this is affecting lots of ex Sainsbury’s customers, but I haven’t seen anything in the media.

This poor young family were defrauded out of £172,000 while trying to buy a house,and #Natwest response was they didn't have enough information to help them, surely a bank that made a pretax operating profit of £3.6 billion,can do Much Much more. @paullewismoney @_simonlambert

If you are, I will advise you to think twice before opening an account with @NatWest_Help - Their settings for online banking are not user-friendly, and if you ever managed to speak to a human, they’re never willing to help you.
