2/2 The Insolvency Service discovered both a £25k Govt. COVID bounce back loan payment + a £10k top-up loan had been transferred into a bank account in Kalam’s name the day after the money had arrived in Choose Chilli Ltd’s bank account. NatWest Bank handed out the loans.

@ANNETTE22398150 I found this out when paying for roadside rescue through my NatWest current account and needed assistance. Green flag and no they couldn't help as my car too old. Not in the small print either.

@RealCandaceO Most people don't realize that a bank has the right to fire client are under no obligation givr a reason or to offer a service. The other disturbing trend is that big banks have gobbled up a lot of the smaller institutions. Remember Fleet? NatWest? This is the ultimate control.

@Dymvue The term customer service is increasingly becoming a misnomer. Apart from ridiculous hold times, services for the elderly and/or those with little technical skills or no online access is virtually non existent - and this as NatWest announce 40 branch closures.
