@TommaxMw I have been a customer of @natwest all my working life but it’s no longer a bank for working people . I find myself using the post office more and more . Nat West is not fit for purpose , there are other cheaper alternatives which give better service now .

@NatWest_Help Due to NatWest's archaic system I've been told to diarise. So taking into account you can not transfer on a week-end or public holidays, it will take nearly three weeks to complete the transfer. As I said before "archaic" and totally lacking in any customer service.

I ordered from a site that was promoted on tik tok in November 2022, never received the items and the site doesn’t even exist anymore. Now Natwest don’t want to give me my money back? Don’t play with me today im not in the mood
