@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

NatWest then told me I needed to complete another form. They then rejected my ID which was my passport. They had had this for 9 months. I uploaded another copy. They then had a problem with my proof of address which they'd also had for 9 months. I uploaded this again also.

When I initially reported his death, NatWest did nothing for 13 weeks. They lost the case on the system and so it expired. They were executor of the will. My solicitor suggested a huge complaint and a request that they stepped down as executor. They did so. I started from scratch

Shout out to Mark at NatWest for great customer service this morning. Really helpful. Owned the issue end to end across departments and product lines, called back promptly with final resolution. Educated me on their processes so I would not have to call again. Excellent service

Does natwest have any control over their scummy fraud department or are they happy for that department to mess up someones account and block that person from buying their 8 week old baby any food or paying any bills??????

@lordbid @simon__roberts @Kingbingo_ NatWest are also changing their debit card service provider from Visa to MasterCard. That is a huge red flag for me, although ultimately all they are both probably as bad as each other.

@treezbee @NatWest_Help @TravelCTM_UK I am having the same problem. They are more bothered about payments than getting citizens back to the UK it seems as I have no other bank apart from Natwest and because they don't comply with psd2 I can't get my booking confirmed.
