Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@LayahHeilpern @NatWest_Help Next tgey decide that they would prefer you to shop at Tescos and block payments to Sainsburys. If I want to withdraw my money and burn it, I can. It is reasonable for them to request you sign a waiver to remove liability from Natwest, nothing more. They exist because of my money

@premnsikka Natwest Bank is a pile of **** and needs to be sold off in my humble opinion... The amount of people its shafted is untrue

  • DanWelshman Welshman_Dan (@DanWelshman) reported

@Paul_STL I don't understand it either... I NEVER get paper statements anymore, and to get them printed off from Halifax/Natwest who i bank with, you have to go down to the store as the address isn't on the online version i print! Pain in the arse when i bought my house...

  • stuartmgtmedia Darren Stuart (@stuartmgtmedia) reported

@NatWest_Help Natwest are clearly more interested in their £2.5 BN profit than responding to irate customers who have legitimate complaints about the lack of quality customer service# ps I'm not going away!!!!

NatWest blocking my card again when I'm trying to buy a soundbar, **** offf

  • BarristerNF Neil Fawcett (@BarristerNF) reported

@FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

  • 4ndybrown Andy Brown (@4ndybrown) reported

@Chris_Maslin @monzo @StarlingBank Yeah I know, Unity was the only one I found. I'm a corporate and business banking customer NatWest and others, but they couldn't cope with it. Even thw EOT's company's existing bankers (Santander) of many years, and great credit etc couldn't help.

  • Granfalloon55 Granfalloon55 (@Granfalloon55) reported

@LawdyMissClawdy @ThePureDrop From personal experience, with NatWest at least, if the bank spots potentially fraudulent activity on an account they will lock it and block all cards associated with it. They then notify you & ask you to contact them to confirm or otherwise the validity of recent transactions.

@TSB of just done it though my NatWest or Barclays account. Terrible customer service this evening, the lady might of well said to me just move your payments over to another bank! After this rant of a tweet i am moving all of my payments over to my NatWest account and then 6/8

  • BoojaSnow Booja Snow (@BoojaSnow) reported

@Zubhaque @NatWest_Help That's terrible. I hope natwest realise their mistake and rectify things quickly.
