    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. πŸ™ˆ Do you want the money or not???

    @Blokeonabike2 @RupertLowe10 I quit Natwest years ago for their atrocious service. Took me years to close an empty ISA despite contacting them several time. I opened a personal account with Starling so I could have a business account with them. Comes with free, simple invoicing/bookkeeping system too.

    @NatWest_Help And now, 1.5 months later, he STILL can't access her bank account!!! NatWest staff entered his phone number incorrectly. So he can't receive a code to log on. He's asked them several times to change it. They say they'll change it. They haven't mayo do that very hard task 😑😑😑😑

    @DanNeidle Yeah i set up a stocks and shares isa with natwest in November and my return so far is 9.17% since Nov, Set it up as I'm self employed and didn't have a pension pushing 40 so thought I'd have something just incase i needed to access the cash but also long term invest
