Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@TheSecretAcct @PelagicCapital In 1990 NatWest markets shut their options team down and booted most of us out ...the staff mortgage at 5pc under base (9pc) was replaced with standard 3pc over ...that smarted a bit ..F knows why I still have a financial relationship with them ! . luckily the mortgage was 30k

@NatWest_Help is there likely to be an increase in Savers interest rates any time soon? #BoE increases seem to achieved nothing 🤔🤔 #Natwest is offering £150 to new customers and as a customer of over 40 years I am not very happy - where is the Bonus of £150 for loyal customers

@Natwest has wrong business hours in Balham, guy literally just shut the door in my face. Told me I can set up a business account on the phone. Called the business line for them to tell me I have to do it online. Seriously, what ******** is point if your staff??

@NatWestBusiness Perhaps NatWest could focus on actual ‘Customer Service’ first then they’ve aced that they could look at other areas such as Business Integrity - Corporate Responsibility….

@TimD2704 Not a sole trader but have used a load of business banking websites / apps. NatWest is good. Easy to use and you can export 12 months data with no problems. TSB, Santander & HSBC Business all awful in their own ways- limit exporting data to 90 transactions / 3 months, etc.
