    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. ๐Ÿ™ˆ Do you want the money or not???

    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    Emails included Wells Fargo Bank ING Direct HSBC Bank NatWest Capital One Citibank Chase Bank Dubai Abu Dhabi London Nigeria I opened accounts with login access as well. I went into both Chase and Citibank to deposit cheques sent by FedEx and UPS delivery service.

    @NatWest_Help And now, 1.5 months later, he STILL can't access her bank account!!! NatWest staff entered his phone number incorrectly. So he can't receive a code to log on. He's asked them several times to change it. They say they'll change it. They haven't mayo do that very hard task ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
