Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help #natwest credit card notifications stopped working on iPhone 16.3 but all other push notifications work from the banking app, followed support advise to uninstall etc still not working and they never called me back, confused !

@SomeAreDead I have never had a problem with banks. Possibly because I never had any money to speak of. I'm very disappointed that both Barclays and NatWest bankroll the fossil fuel industry. There are ethical banks like Triodos, but they have no high street presence.

@NatWest_Help you need to sort your approval request system. A big problem! Can't book hotels or train tickets anymore. On Trainline it says go to NatWest app to approve. I do it, return to Trainline only for screen to have refreshed. Not good!

@RishiSunak You could recover the £350m in bonuses about to be dished out by Natwest to shareholders. We still own 45% of that bank from its bail out - wtf is going on? £45.5b to keep it afloat!

@NatWest_Help @vendingAVA Same issue for me to, after logging on with card reader, kicks you out back to main natwest login page. Wish Natwest would put automated message on their phone. Seeing this would seem to be effecting a fair few folk, considering the length of time holding on....

@StarlingBank May I also ask, is it possible to use the Switch service to move my current account from Natwest to Starling? Its my bills account and the thought of physically moving all those direct debits is exhausting..
