@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

DO NOT APPLY for a new @NatWestGroup credit card for use abroad. Ridiculous technical demands, three telephone calls, one branch visit (all lovely people) and STILL NO CARD. And I have been a customer for 40 years AND already have a NatWest Credit Card.

@14_aryanp Not a huge Ganguly fan but you can’t say this for him 1. He took over the captaincy when we were in a terrible state and left us when when we were way better 2. Backed the likes of Viru, Dhoni & Yuvi. Yuvi had a very mediocre record up until the Natwest 3. Took us to the WC final

@HalifaxBank So with the smart Money account she can have a savings account on her own app? (I’m trying to be 100% as I just went down this path with Natwest & in the end they lied - I had to have the savings a/c on my app!

@NatWest_Help hey Natwest - I'm a female traveling solo in Europe and you decided to block my debit (visa) card without previous notice. Just spoke to Palwhart and he said he can't do anything. Can you solve this? It's critical that I keep access to my card. For my own safety!!

@Mr_H1978 O Levels for me. I'd been working full-time for a month for NatWest and took the afternoon off. Just needed to get 4 Cs or better, including Maths and English, to confirm my job. Whole process took about 10 minutes from memory.

@michael_merrick @NatWest Oh. That makes sense now. Assuming the plan is to secure a new deal ASAP due to rising rates (I’m guessing here), you could move elsewhere and borrow the additional funds to pay ERCs. You will pay additional interest, however. I do think a good broker will help.
