Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@Darren_med32 @yorkshirekenny @BernieSpofforth If you have a natwest Bank account it's there. You might have to ask a younger member of your family to help. I asked my daughter to help as had seen this on here. We turned it off. Sorry if this is not very helpful.

@NatWest_Help just been through another awful experience over 10 days on fraud all caused by Natwest. Total shambles. Polite responses to tickbox when you eventually complain to FCA. No urgency or bother about fraud.
