@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help hi! i tried to pay online with one of my cards but it kept declining - payment screen said to contact my bank. tried with my other natwest card and all was well. i have a suspicion that it's getting stuck at the authorisation part, is there anything to help? thx!

@thomaslaker @NatWest_Help Yeah, NatWest a bank so terrible when I opened a business account, they opened it to the wrong address, sent the cards and chequebook to the wrong address, then refused to change it because I didn’t have any of the documents.

48 hours and no concrete help. And somehow it's legal for @natwest not to fix their mistakes which strand customers in other countries with no access to their funds.

Safety Warning to #NatWest customers. I’m in Senegal (a country I can’t bring money into). I had registered my debit card as ‘going abroad’ however when I arrived at 2am, my card was frozen and I am still unable to access money. What kind of bank puts a woman in this situation?

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.
