Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@Fasthosts @FHTechTeam To clarify: This issue has been apparent for well over 2 years but has recently started to become worse. There appears to be some sort of outbound filter which is not allowing a variety of random emails (including from Natwest, Local government and others) to be forwarded.

@NatWest_Help Contact NatWest and ask them why they have sold all their customers out, MasterCard will monitor your bank accounts, freeze your card when you have hit your co2 limit, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMMUNISTIC BS

@AndyIPSE @Moneybox It hasn't, but as a result of your story - and some other recent policy changes tbey've made - I'm about to switch banks. Natwest is about to lose a customer of 37 yrs.

@otherJaneFallon Went to uni until 2010 and did a degree in surveying.... then i got a job at RBS/Natwest and worked in change, did lean six sigma etc, then it got restructured and got a job in digital/online & app banking. Since 2016 worked in 3rd sector and Civil Service

@Moneybox @smflood Natwest closure of acct used for business is theft. Could charge for business use. Barring access could destroy business. The money isn't theirs but they behave as if it is. £500 totally inadequate compensation.
