Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@NatWest_Help NatWest is hat is going on with app and online banking. I’m stuck at a petrol station unable to pay. Both online banking and app not working payments not going through on bank. U have not updated ur service page either. Terrible customer service.

My whole morning has been trying to get hold of people about mortgages, energy bills, spent ages on hold, no one replies on here. NatWest app isn’t working. And now it’s midday. Life admin sucks & I blame the Tory’s. How is your morning?

@NatWest_Help Thanks all working. Slightly irritating the NatWest communication wasn’t better couldn’t find anything on it apart from other customers comments. Haven’t been able to pick up my sons new car and have to go back tomorrow. First world problem I know mildly frustrating nonetheless.
