So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

The £50 are nowhere to be found and if they are not back in a week ima chase up. Also hate how slow they are bc i just transferred some € over and wise is like yeah they are there! While natwest is like nothing here… My spanish bank n monzo are pretty instant… why arent u?

@The_JamesJordan Definitely not @NatWest_Help , I had to take all documents down and the advisor refused them because my child’s school letter said to Branch Manager! Instead of “To NatWest” gave up in the end as the advisor was so rude and judgemental.

@NatWest_Help Frustratingly a DM advised me to speak directly to NatWest's Application Support team via "Chat to Cora", which was a waste of 30 mins as they told me they would only help my partner, not me, despite it being my ID NatWest's DigiDocs has a random issue with. #PoorCustomerService

@markloydall @MartinSLewis Natwest have always been on my worst 2 banks list going back 33 years when I opened an account at Uni and problems thereafter.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest He has spent months going into your @NatWest_Help Horsham branch. They have not been helpful or empathetic at all. Face to face hasn’t worked. I will forward your replies to him and respond tomorrow. Character limit is no problem just the limitations your Horsham branch has!

Spent last night and this morning in ‘conversation’ with natwest help team. Have to say whilst trying their best it was a complete waste of time. How is it right that a bank can deny you access to your own money?? #natwestpoorservice

@Juliaarthur8 Another chap turned up and I told him the machine had just swallowed my card. He ignored me. It swallowed his card. Man at NatWest accepted it might be a problem with the machine. Slightly annoying as I was 200 miles from home.

@RBS_Help I have grave doubts that you can help me given a: I have completed your fraud process (instigated erroneously and incorrectly followed by RBS/NatWest), b: have spoken to customer services about this issue, c: have been unable to register the issue via CORA as you are "busy".
