Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

@ManuPinteaux @BarclaysUK Don’t go to Natwest, my son works long days Mon - Fri, wanted cash from his account to buy a car, was told he had to give 24 hrs notice & provide evidence of purchase? when he said OK he would collect on Saturday, no counter service available on a Saturday!

@NatWest_Help Yeah thats exactly the problem, I don’t want to go onto online banking and logging into Natwest is the worst experience ever too. I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

@NatWest_Help Natwest's decision to control where I can transfer my funds is outrageous. Your concern around crypto I doubt has anything to do with fraud and everything to do with shutting down viable competitors to the UK banking system. Nanny state gone mad.

@MartinSLewis can natwest release my wages to my partner,I can’t leave my home as I’m ill,she has my ID her ID and authority note she’s a natwest customer,account been blocked,mobile in for repair,been online chat,no wiser! Mean neighbour won’t lend us mobile,we are desperate

@ExpediaHelp Trying to book a holiday and every time we click on pay it says failed. Called NatWest they said the card isn’t blocked. Do you want our money or not?! Tried calling can’t get through. PLEASE HELP.

@NatWest_Help Hi Jordan, coin machine was used and operating fine, however the staff in branch were not in a very polite or helpful mood, and were particularly rude to the gentlemen in front of us as well. Unimpressed to be honest and doesn't do NatWest's customer service reputation any good.
