    @NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @MartinSLewis Booked a holiday in August 2020 and @easyJet cancelled the flights last week Now @NatWestGroup are telling us because we booked the day we did against government travel advice nearly a year ago our NatWest travel insurance doesn’t cover us. Please Help ! #cancelled

    @NatWest_Help hi there. My mortgage ported from Metro bank and so the mortgage number I have isn’t recognised when I try and log into Manage My Mortgage. It’s not possible to contact NatWest via the website and wait times are over an hour on the phone. What can I do?

    @santanderukhelp It is Ok I put the cash into my NatWest account instead, A bank with far superior customer service than santander

    NatWest Rates have increased on Trigold. I assume these are coming in on Monday. No communication via email. Their product section of the website still shows the old rates. I have not tried an application, but will update once I do.

    Cars ******, sons dads a ****, someone’s stolen my bank card through my car window & spending my money, can’t access my online banking and been on hold for 43 mins to NatWest, HAPPY MONDAAAAAY BUDDDYY

    @razlou @MartinSLewis Got offered a similar switching deal from NatWest where they said the new rate would have been effective immediately. With Lloyds instead you can fix the rates (with a new mortgage offer) and start it in February.

    @HooYucom terrible service! Still waiting for my daughters NatWest account to be approved. No one replying to phone lines or emails. A poor service. Please contact me and help me sort this out.

    Reversed my decision to move over to @Chase_UK as my primary account and heading back to Natwest. The past couple of days have proved that @Chase just aren’t ready to have launched an online-only product in the UK. Customers are facing an awful experience.
