@emilyinkpen I don't think that's necessarily a problem that needs fixing; there are scammers on Twitter, sure, but none of them are acquiring blue ticks and using them to trick people into believing they're speaking to *the* NatWest bank, eg. If you can buy verification, that will get worse.

@MartinSLewis @OfflineAnnie My mortgage fix rate end April and we where invited by NatWest that we can switch now to a tracker mortgage 2years @ 3% . Unsure what to do
