@cjhunter1966 Natwest Farnham is now closing for good on October 4th. Terrible news. based i would think on financial decisions rather than taking care of customers. @NatWestGroup #farnham

@kingofchezo_WBA @NatWestBusiness Impossible to call a NatWest branch! All numbers get diverted to the dumb BOT! Had a call from Swiss Cottage Branch but can’t contact them back!

@AmazonHelp Hi Cara, I've already had three conversations with customer services who each time are telling me the issue is with Natwest, so I'm going around in circles. @NatWest_Help are also aware if this.

@toadmeister WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****!!??? Is this true? If so the government needs to stop this as NatWest is still owned in part (48%) by the state i.e. the British taxpayer.Many of whom are customers who NatWest has shafted through high borrowing rates,low deposit rates,& lost share capital!

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

@MaizyDaizyZzzz If enough NatWest customers use the switch service to transfer to another bank, maybe the other High Street banks will get the message?

@gettagripfolks @mathano4 @SVPhillimore It's not all about money either, but attitudes - the problems menopausal women face are often ignored & many skilled older women end up leaving the workforce prematurely. I haven't seen NatWest doing a campaign on that

@LBC You couldn’t make this **** up. Thank goodness I don’t bank with #natwest

Suspect people would take NatWest’s plan a bit differently if NatWest wasn’t on a crusade to make it virtually impossible for disabled or old people to access their money via unique and incomprehensible ‘security’ features that can only be used by non-disabled teenagers
