when I was with NatWest I could always get onto their app. With @HalifaxBank I can't. Too many branches closed and I need to access my account

@MartinSLewis Doh! I just switched to NatWest to £175 after Christmas. Never mind I’m finding the service very good. My local branch rang me yesterday to check everything went okay! I didn’t realise banks actually still had people working in them!

@NatWest_Help I can’t seem to add my replacement debit card to Apple Pay, it keeps saying I have to contact card issuer. Card works fine in stores. Tried on the NatWest app and wallet app. Help!

Got notified I had some shares in natwest via the staff scheme from when I worked for them in 2005 but that I must sell them immediately as I'm no longer an employee. Odd they chose the time when the shares are at a low and the pound is worth **** all to sort this out... 🤔
