@grantfeller Yet a customer in natwest locally in 2019 was asked what she wanted £5000 for she had to fill in a form, it was for a new kitchen, I was in the queue waiting to be served, it was her money .

had breakfast with a chap (big in databases) who told he'd forgotten Teradata, Db2 etc existed. Well, look at the customers, Natwest, Aviva etc. these guys down move systems on a whim

@BruceReuters @mrjamesob Currently in the process of remortgaging with NatWest (new customer). The rates are already £600 higher than we currently pay with Virgin but it’s the best offer, if we have to stick with Virgin it will be much higher.
