    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Please can you let me know where I can direct a written complaint. My tweets and emails are going unanswered and this problem is unresolved. I’m not getting what I am paying for.

    @NOWTV . Brilliant concept no follow through. Don’t what the problem is with your connections but it’s not the internet. Oh well there’s always Netflix.

    @BTGroup please help! I signed up to the entertainment package with NowTV and Netflix over three weeks ago. Netflix is still not working and just been told on your helpline I should cancel and just sign up with Netflix directly! I just want what was offered

    You wait patiently all season for the big Luton Watford game, you settle down ready to watch, and then @NOWTV is unable to get the stream to work. "We're aware of this issue" are you aware 25mins of the game has already gone?!

    I really wish streaming services had the option to just have subtitles on all the time. NowTv is the worst for this by far and doesn't consistently keep them on from one episode to the next - even when watching them back to back.

    @JoshSB91 @johnnyhammer5 @sportbible I know. Tried nowtv and it’s actually behind sky go. But when a score app beats the stream it’s a massive issue particularly in massive games

    @NOWTV internet has been down for several hours. No explanation, no response, no help at all!! Hopefully ppl will be refunded for the hours of lost internet that’s affecting work, entertainment and children with disabilities that rely on the internet
