Free Speech 404 UK (@freespeech404uk) reported@NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

I thought this may be down to my internet (although never been an issue before) but all other channel apps are fine

Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.

Dom (@Dommm1996) reportedWhy do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly
