We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤

So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

@NOWTV Hiya! Yup, tried a service check, all ticks. Have had an engineer out a couple of months back and thought the problem had been fixed. No luck unfortunately, speeds always drop again a few weeks later.
