@NOWTV @nowtvhelp I’m wondering whether or not you’re going to address the ongoing issues with your system: crashes, endless-malfunctions, etc., or do you not care? Are you running #nowtv into the ground in the hope of bullying people into buying #skytv?

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

Hello @NOWTV Let’s see if I understand this correctly. For £15 PM on an Apple TV 4K subscription I get a basic 1080p package with stereo 2.0 sound only? With #Apple+ I get 4K image, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound. I’m sorry but that’s an absolutely terrible deal. #Sky #NowTV

@NOWHelpTeam I had a trial for 7 days which started yesterday but already cancelled but nowtv has taken £12 out of my bank?! The trial hasn’t even finished. Please help.
