@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.

@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@j_m_w_88 @NOWTV I get the same issue with @itvhub player, errors with buffering yet can stream from other apps.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi KH. No. The frustrating thing about this issue is everyone I have spoken to at Sky/NowTV treats it as if it could be coming from 'userland' IE something odd at my end. We've clearly demonstrated inconsistency in your own systems here. Something about my account is *broken*.

@toobbroadband Call you guys for you to say there's no issue your end & it's NowTV? I know NowTV is pants but didn't have 4 buffer screens in the space of 2 mins before we switched to Toob! We have called, we had no help given.

@UHD4k Main benefit is 4K sky on a rolling contract, albeit with slight cost bump for that flexibility - I dont think that has been done before cos NowTV was poor quality....

@NOWHelpTeam I primarily watch NowTV on my PC. I just tried the app on my phone whilst connecting to the same network and it worked fine. I'm assuming this is an issue specific to the app

@JensonButton Awful news - we were hoping for F1TV like the rest of the world but now we have to hit the BSkyB paywall which is 5x as much (NowTV) Or a Sky Contract which is 10x more

@NOWTV my Internet is down for the umpteenth time this week, and I'm totally fed up with it! My partner and I rely on our Internet service for so much, and yet we get in and can access nothing, again! I'm so sick of your terrible service!
