@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.

@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@4Viewers @TealCartoons Sorry to barge in but the only problem I've had is that it struggles to remember which episode of a series I'm up to. e.g. I have to start episode five for a few seconds to make it realise I've watched episode four. My device is a recent NowTV box.

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

We need a new TV series to slowly binge... I'm sure I had a mental note of some to give a look but have forgotten them. Can't be a Sky series though as I don't have the enthusiasm to sort out our NowTV problems.

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now
