@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.

@NOWHelpTeam No it hasn't been resolved, its been ongoing for months. I have been told by one of your colleagues on live chat that Nowtv Nowtv doesn't have the bandwidth to cope with the demand. This is a problem and you should resolve this for your customers who are paying £28 pm for rubbish

@NOWTV My contract is about to come up for renewal which I would like to take up. I have been given a number to call. Unfortunately, I am currently suffering with an inner and outer ear problem and cannot hear very well. Is this something I can do online?

@adamreynolds28 @NOWHelpTeam Im having the same issue and also using a nowtv roku box, done all the usual things uninstall, reset, internet is fine, checked everythings up to date and still the green screen on. I put the bt sport app on my xbox and it works fine so its not my tv. Has to be issue with nowtv

@NOWTV paying £33.99 a month just to watch the F1 and its absolutely awful quality. Constantly buffering. When it isn't buffering, it is pixilated. Not good enough!

@NOWTV I've paid a tenner for sky sports day pass when I try and watch the match it says I need a membership I've missed half an hour of the game I wanted, still won't stream, terrible service.

@NobleF1 The issue for me is that I only have Sky for the F1 channel and recording BTCC. (NowTV doesn’t do delayed start). I watch Netflix and Disney+ mostly. It’s really expensive for one channel, so I’m thinking of cancelling. If live races were on the F1 apps, I’d watch on that.

When will this be fixed so I know whether to cancel my various NowTV subscriptions no point in me paying for a service I cannot use? All my other subscription apps like Netflix work just fine!
