@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??

@NOWTV Your app is the worst. Really glitchy. Not user friendly. Very very poor. Needs a lot of work. Amazing how far behind it is compared to every other app I use to watch stuff.
