. @NOWTV @nowtvhelp any idea on how to stop the intermittent blue screen when playing back any on demand video or TV channels? Got an older now TV smart box. It's wired connection into a 300mbps virgin media hub so no issues.on playback speed.

@sargent65 I've been watching a lot of films with the volume turned down coz of sleeping baby and some of the subtitles are terrible! NowTV is especially bad. Netflix 👍🏻

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.

@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates
