. @NOWTV @nowtvhelp any idea on how to stop the intermittent blue screen when playing back any on demand video or TV channels? Got an older now TV smart box. It's wired connection into a 300mbps virgin media hub so no issues.on playback speed.

@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@NOWTV can you please fix your laptop app, it never loads properly on the separate video player we have to dl. I miss half of the sports I want to watch because of it and makes my sports pass obsolete. Its very outdated and never works

Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.
