House of the Dragon pretty dodgy quality on @nowtv. Anyone else having issues? @NOWHelpTeam

  • AngryFrogX Angry Frog (@AngryFrogX) reported

@NOWTV #nowtv why is NowTV the only app still that buffers so frequently. I have Prime, Netflix, Disney+, iPlayer etc with no issues. Good solid Internet. People have been moaning about this for months/years. Any plans to fix it?

  • Rickyyyy94 Rick Richardson (@Rickyyyy94) reported

@NOWTV your streaming service for high demand games is so poor. Whenever there is more than 3 people watching a game, the quality of the stream is so s#!t

  • _OliviaOnline Livs (@_OliviaOnline) reported

@Udfredii Idk if I have NOWTV? It’s a smart TV and the Now app is there… help me please 😩

  • Baldy_Baldy_ Baldy (@Baldy_Baldy_) reported

@NOW Think how much better it would be in 4K? Instead NowTV are still streaming in a quality that was available in the last century, 24 years ago! And then have the audacity to charge extra for a quality first released 15 years ago! Sort it out.

  • jm1967uk Justin Moore (@jm1967uk) reported

@NOWTV "that didn't work so we're going to look in to it". You are by far the worst streaming service that I pay for. Yes, pay for. Customer paying you £'s. You need to be far more reliable.

  • ElliottAstle Elliott (@ElliottAstle) reported

@B0aty Nowtv for quality, but I’m sure there’s someone borrowing it online

  • littlenic84 Nicola Mylles (@littlenic84) reported

@NOWTV I'm not getting any sound through the android app, is there a problem?

  • TotoMimoTweets Tommy Millar (@TotoMimoTweets) reported

@NOW I was pretty miffed to realise the NOWTV App caps out at a **2002-grade** 720p, unless you're willing to pay £5 extra a month to go to **2005-grade** 1080p. The REAL kicker? This paid, premium app HAS AD BREAKS. Avoid at all costs. Shambolic quality for the money, folks.
