    @NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

    @eoghanwalsh Yep - had this all the time during the EUROS. BBC iPlayer was the worst - up to 90 seconds behind live action because they insist on their proprietary codec. NOWTV and Vermin Media about 30-45 seconds behind, usually

    @NOWSport @premierleague @englandcricket shocking service from nowtv. Trying to watch the sky sports football, stream quality keeps dropping giving a pixelated picture. Tried emailing and apparently there is a glitch. Not really what you expect for the amount we pay for subscription!!

    @NOWHelpTeam You do realise your NOWTV app on firestick is talking ages to go from sd to hd since update dont you? Old versions work properly.

    @NOWTV I’m getting multiple errors with your service on a streaming service I get Sorry the was an error in the player - unable to load video Then when I try an use the app version it says unable to connect to server Your service appears to be down, what is your refund policy

    @NOWTV @Ofcom how do I get a refund on a service that doesn’t work? Nowtv no longer allows me to watch, customer services are rubbish and I’ve cancelled. I want a refund for remaining subscription- please added of the rules around no service
