@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

Even then, buying NowTV, Netflix is pretty much option unless you just want the Netflix exclusives, because NowTV will give you the fix with no issue.

@NOWHelpTeam I’m massively being mucked around! I have been billed £35 for Sky Cinema since ordering it on November 28th for an agreed ‘2 months for the price of 1’ deal. I tried calling Sky TV, but they told me to call NowTV. NowTV then told me to use chat which doesn’t work WTF

@NOW My broadband has gone from ok to the worst signal I’ve had in over a decade! Keeps cutting out, streaming keeps failing (including watching football on NowTV), games keep timing out, for about three days now. Anyone fixing this….?

@NOWTV it's a pain calling nowtv for internet issues, horrible. I'd been on call, wait time to talk to someone was around 30 mins and the person disconnected the call literally, someone has to check this. It is really frustrating #NOWTV #horrribleNOWTV #poorcustomerservice

@videotech_ @NOW Oh yeah no NowTV is ******* awful with its tiers, I don’t bother with it. @m_dmccallum showed me it when he was watching Peacemaker (I recommend btw) and even he unsubbed after that show.
