Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you
