Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport @NOWTV why do your sport streams keep chopping quality and why is the overall quality unacceptably low? Always! My internet is fine. I’d be better off with a pirate stream...
