Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Superb . Once again @nowtv playing up this time to the extent where it is actually useless . Watch a programme for 5 seconds before getting a ‘sorry there is an error in the player’ message . Sort out you’re ****!

@nowtvhelp Hi, I'm trying to do a technical check on my line but getting "Sorry, we can't check your service at the moment. Please try again soon.". When I try to contact Live Chat, it's telling me it's currently unavailable. Are these issues at NowTV's end?

@NOWTV I mean that technically should work as a workaround. However, the resolved IP address for your landing page, 90.216.151.68, doesn't seem to be the one your login server is using and therefore isn't being caught. This is a lot of effort you're making me do to bypass security.

@Nightshade82 Hi Julie, you should be able to fix this by: Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow Delete the Cisco folder Open NowTV Player and it should work.

@Smoothste21 Our apologies Ste, the cable used for the NowTV stick is just a standard Micro USB. It should work with any of them you have which fit the connection port. If it still isn't powering up after you change the lead, then it may be a problem with the device or the plug.

@nowtvhelp I have 2 old style now tv boxes which are great batteries last forever and are used daily. I also have 3 nowtv sticks which need the batteries changing weekly there terrible, why does this happen? And is there anything I can do to stop it?Costs a fortune in battery’s!!
