Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

Jordan Look (@JordanLoook) reported@NOWTV The Now TV app on my smart TV. I've had this problem a fair few times now. Sometimes its perfect quality sometimes its buffering and goes pixilated. I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.

It's also my birthday tomorrow and now our neighbour is going to get all calls that are meant for me. OpenReach need to sort this asap.
