TheHeadhunter (@BestHeadhunter) reported@NOWTV your service is the worst that I’ve ever experienced. The system can’t determine whether one or two devices are being used. It’s rubbish
-
Maddy Rijndorp (@MadeleineRijnd2) reported@NOWTV @NOWTVSport your coverage of the USA open tennis in New York is a disgrace. Sort your scheduling out.Every day you have matches listed that are not playing. Your price increase is shocking too - from £19.99 to £34.99 a month & the service you provide is unacceptably awful
-
SidXO (@SidXOwozere) reportedDecided to give @NOWTV a spin So far: - more expensive than competitors - crap quality streams on EVERYTHING (I have 500meg connection) - ads every 3 minutes so you never get into the flow on a program Binned off End of review 😜

Peter H Todd (@Peter_H_Todd) reported4) I've had @NOWTV packages (Entertainment, Film, Sport) for about 9 years) and never had any issues, but come April 2025 - and it's been absolutely poor systems, poor investigation and poor service. I now live in a town not a village anymore and the Internet speeds are fast!

Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.
