Rob (@Rob439) reported@NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?
-
David Aspinall (@David_Aspinall) reported@CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.
-
D'oh NFFC (@FaceNffc) reportedAnyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc
-
Eddie (@EddTheDick) reportedThe fact that I have to be in the US to use my #AppleTV subscription to watch the #F1 and using a VPN doesn’t solve the problem is bullshit of the highest order. Can’t even switch my Apple ID region because I’d have to cancel Apple One to do it. **** Sky and NowTV. Piracy it is.
-
Chelsea (@Ch3ls34ss) reported@NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv? Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?
-
sergio (@sergiocrapo) reported@LifeInWales @NOWTV Definitely their end. I've got great wifi and I've seen this message during the 2 games I've watched this weekend - never once last season. It's only temporary, but we pay the money for a smooth stream. One of the reasons I don't do IPTV is because I don't want buffering issues.
-
Paul Breen (@paul_breen) reported@BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes
-
The Vanquish (@TheVanquish) reportedDear @NOWTV please make sure that your live streams actually lip sync with the audio & that every time you cut to a break that the app doesn’t crash please? I’m getting kind of bored of it now. If this is what I pay for, you need to try harder #SortItOutPlease #SickofIt

Jamie Martin (@jamster86vdv) reported@D_Thirlwell @NOWTV It's been awful tonight constantly lagging and cutting out. Their 'tech superstars' need to try a bit harder
