Slevern (@Slevern00p) reported@SamsungUK @CraigxMitch @NOWTV Ah yes, the “engineers” they came to fix my Q950R 8k TV when it broke after 18 months… of minimal use.. £1900 they wanted after the £4k I already paid (flagship model at the time) Absolute trash, worst TVs and aftercare ever. I saved the £1900 and put it towards an LG OLED.
