Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

@DCross_psycho9 In is your sky viewing card number They do this to help Sky identify which viewing card is illegally rebroadcasting online streams and take the appropriate action I have only ever seen it on sky set top boxes (not BT boxes, BT apps or nowtv apps)

@NOWTV windows 10 app keeps crashing, get a pop up saying Something is wrong. This app will now quit. Which as error messages go is somewhat south of useful. can you fix it please? £35 a month to not be able to watch TV is a bit crap
