@hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@Tinkz_25 I do apologise for the mix up in makes of TV's You won't be able to use the inbuilt Internet browser on your Toshiba television to watch NowTV, where only Windows or Mac PC's / Laptops will work on the NowTV website using the NowTV player software.

@nowtvhelp hi, having issues where my broadband keeps going on and off. Ran an a service check on the nowtv website - said it recognises broadband is slow but couldn’t diagnose the issue and asked to contact now tv. Any issues in the Stockport area?

Hey @NOWTV any idea when the connection issues will be resolved in the south east? We have had intermittent issues all afternoon, then complete no broadband, and now back to intermittent. Lots of reports on Down Detector too.
