NOW TV (@NOWTV) reported@EmilyRiordanLee AS NowTV is unavailable in South Africa this may be why you are unable to sign in Emily as it would conflict with your IP, would you have a family member or friend that could sign in for you back in the UK? This should then allow you to cancel down your passes.
