The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

@NOWTV have you tested your app on the #appletv ? @SkySports sound turns off EVERY time an advert comes on. Happens across all 3 of my Apple TV’s. So: not a me problem (ie “have you tried resetting the app”). It’s a you problem. Can’t imagine your advertisers are happy.

@NOW I can open Nowtv page on my Mac but when I want to sign the page goes blank. (its been 3 days now) Works on phone and Tv. Both Apple products so I dont think that is the issue. Any ideas guys?
