    Trying to contact @NowTV to enquire about their broadband and honestly it’s the worst. Talking to a Robot does not help.

    @NOWTV i still cannot access my account. Signed up 3 days ago and can't login. Can you help as your help page is terrible and no use at all. You can sign up easily but can't access it, it's a total shambles

    @Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

    Been trying to get @NOWTV to work on phone, TV via mirror cast, usb and app. Mac book and finally a hp laptop. Doesn't work on a single device. Glad it was a free trial what a piss take πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Hi NOWTV/Sky do we have any idea of time scale for this outage? I'm sure I'm the same as many other people & working from home, & need to know whether this is going to be fixed imminently or I need to go and make other arrangements.

    It's hard to fathom how NowTV still exists as an entity with such a bad UX. Truly awful. Desperately trying to give them money so I can watch the Scotland game tonight and they seem determined I should watch Masterchef instead.

    @RokuSupport @beccammartin It's a recent update that's doing it, no amount of removing/reinstalling the app will fix it. NowTV is conducting a beta test publicly.

    @NOWTV Now try & watch on my phone and I can't due to a "concurrency error", because the Mac app crashed! Seriously guys!? This is a truly DREADFUL experience!

    @NOWTV terrible service from Now Broadband. Canx my service and still having money removed from account. Filled in 2 online complaint forms, both ignored!
