@NOWTV i still cannot access my account. Signed up 3 days ago and can't login. Can you help as your help page is terrible and no use at all. You can sign up easily but can't access it, it's a total shambles

@NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@4Viewers @TealCartoons Sorry to barge in but the only problem I've had is that it struggles to remember which episode of a series I'm up to. e.g. I have to start episode five for a few seconds to make it realise I've watched episode four. My device is a recent NowTV box.

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

We need a new TV series to slowly binge... I'm sure I had a mental note of some to give a look but have forgotten them. Can't be a Sky series though as I don't have the enthusiasm to sort out our NowTV problems.

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now
