    @My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me ยฃ15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days

    @MattP1Tommy well after 30 years of watching F1 I have cancelled my @NOWTV account all thanks to the worst cars @F1 has ever produced more battery over takes are not over takes itโ€™s motorway driving.

    @skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think Iโ€™ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap Iโ€™m going back to @NOWTV, works much better

    @NOWTV I pay for the Sky Sports subscription and the quality of the streams I get lately is awful. My speed is 500mbps so it's not that... Can anyone assist? I'm not able to watch most channels.
