We are owed over £350 in total from @NOWTV and have been treated appallingly.

Trying to watch PL this afternoon, just get “error in player”, done all the normal restarted, wifi on/off, deleting app bollocks, no change.

I haven’t had my refund for a month of WiFi I didn’t get, and you’re STILL taking money out of my account AND you’ve charged me for an account I didn’t cancel. Terrible CS.
