@NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport I see that you are now being pummelled on #twitter which suggests that your service is just not up to standard. It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

@NOWTV Your Bonus stream section is not working and therefore, I cannot watch the Championship games on the Sky Sport Red Button function. Can this be sorted please? All help online says it will be at the bottom of the homepage, but all I see is "HayU highlights".

Anyone having an issue with NOWtv in the last 10 minutes? Mine's telling me it's 'not going to plan' when I try and get back on after it crashed out. Turned off and on, said please nicely and threatened it with violence but all to no avail... 😡

I can officially say NowTV is the worst of the streaming services. It's the most expensive, with two separate memberships for series and movies, and that comes with unskippable adverts and a wobbly player you have to download

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry
