    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport I see that you are now being pummelled on #twitter which suggests that your service is just not up to standard. It suggests that a high volume of customers are impacted, so please do the right thing, explain & resolve the problem then refund!

    @CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

    @NOWTV seems your streaming service isn’t up to standards or do you just know that watching #England is never a good thing and ensuring we can’t due to the poor stream quality!

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

    @SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!
