    @NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

    @Nightshade82 Hi Julie, you should be able to fix this by: Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow Delete the Cisco folder Open NowTV Player and it should work.

    @NOWTV Don’t have a specific issue, the whole thing is overcomplicated and lacking. Just use other apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video and even BBC iPlayer. They have a much better user experience.

    @nowtvhelp I have 2 old style now tv boxes which are great batteries last forever and are used daily. I also have 3 nowtv sticks which need the batteries changing weekly there terrible, why does this happen? And is there anything I can do to stop it?Costs a fortune in battery’s!!

    @TalkTalk Given your TV does not work properly and the nowtv app does not do what I was told, I will be going to the ombudsman as you are refusing to waive the early termination charge. Appalling.

    @NOWTV The hub is fine. I know how to reset the box and other simple techniques to restore internet. It's the service not my ability to fix the issue.

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV I was speaking to someone on the website chat about payments being taken from my bank account when I have no live passes but the chat got timed out. Can you help please?
