@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

Day and a half outage over the weekend in Hastings, now minimal bandwidth: 20 seconds of streaming, then nothing for minutes. NowTV broadband really stinks at the moment.

@PSAWorldTour First glasscourt match of the season - issues already. C'mon folks, you need to be doing a lot better than this. How much is the subscription for live squash? £10.99 per month, more expensive than Netflix, Amazon, NOWtv and only good for 10 months of the year!

@NOWHelpTeam Not used it today, but was awful during the game last night. Had to reset the TV twice during the first half as the app crashed. Actually missed the first goal. Not the first time it has happened using NowTV for big matches either.

@OpenreachHelp My daughter, left without any dial tone or broadband for 3 days while trying to look after disabled son. In an area with no mobile signal. No sign of Openreach coming to help and fix issue despite constant chasing of NowTV.

@NOWTV what a horrid company you are- unethically taking people’s money even when your customer service operator says they can see it was genuine human error. Horrible @NOWTV @skytv Hope people close their accounts as a financial priority. #costofliving #fatcats
