Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWTV @NOWTVSport, I have a sports pass. It is showing on my account and I have a receipt. But every time I try to watch #F1Testing on my phone it says that I need to buy a pass. This is a reoccurring problem for me and really ruins my experience with Now TV.

@NOWTV It’s ok on my phone, haven’t tried my laptop but have tried two different versions of the apps via the TV (through the TV and also through a set top)- neither work properly. Crashes multiple times in one episode

Come on @NOWTV , My 90 yr old mum needs her broadband to stay in touch with us and when it goes wrong @NOWTV refuse to talk to me to help sort the problem because I'm not the account holder. She's 90 and confused with the digital world! Where's your compassion! for your customer!

@HollieB @NOWTV Sport in general has an issue with the cost barrier for a significant number of fans. I subscribed to Sky / BT last summer with the justification that it’s money I’m not spending in the pub. Post pandemic? I’ll probably struggle to justify the cost
