No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.
