@Zobyismyname Not just generational. Quite often my parents stream now (Netflix, Prime, NowTV), unless Sunday evening drama and some sport. Accounts for over half their viewing. BBC error has been not adapting to new trends, limiting back catalogue and expiring shows too soon.

@NOWTV Where has my entertainment offer gone? Might be worth advising customers of expiry dates to offers - then we wouldn't miss them. Just a tip for you - may help increase business for you.

@TeamYouTube Hi the error is fixed. It was caused by one of nowtv's updates. The last nowtv update fixed the error.

Picture quality on @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp is dreadful even with a wired connection and paying for Boost. Barely holds HD quality.

@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

@4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful

@Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.
