Jess (@ic_ca) reported@NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.
