@NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"
