@IanGoddard88 @NOWTV I feel like they just ported the generic app from other platforms which makes version change easier but a lousy UX. especially jarring when paying £50ish a month for all this. Nothing beats the Apple TV for speed and ease of use so I won’t change from that. Fix your app

@nowtvhelp Pay for SKY direct. I have never seen such shambolic set up as @NOWTV Staff excluded they were helpful. Technically its absolute dung. Avoid it. Pay for sky. Bought a day pass on 20/12. Didn't work. Was told apply for a refund. Didn't work. 1/2

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
