@NOWTV HD channels are breaking up. Tried retuning the channels on two boxes and they have completely disappeared. All none HD channels work perfectly. As stated earlier HD channels direct to TV work perfectly, problem is only when using Nowtv. Full fibre at 300mbs?

@ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.

My top 3 things I hate most about the new interface; 1) Really poor contrast of titles.... Small grey text on random backgrounds; 2) The most useful functions and now hardest to get at; 3) Broken voice search feature.... What's the whole leaving nowtv in 5 seconds business about;

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with @NOWTV @NOWTV never get replies to my emails and the automated live chat is just awful! Just a con so u ring them and spend an unlawful amount for them to put you on hold! 🙄
