@NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp surprise surprise next big game on TV and nowtv is full of errors playing channel, freezing pictures... The list goes on- I have unplugged I have reset and done all the stuff you will tell me to do yet again - I shouldn't have to do this every time I want to watch TV

@NOWTV A Samsung tv. Movies work ok. It freezes quite often and throughout the game regularly goes blurry, so much so it is unwatchable for around a minute at a time when it does that.
