@bt_uk hi, I signed up for broadband and tv (with nowtv entertainment package) last week. Got email saying I can watch nowtv straight away, but it's not letting me set a password (just saying try again later). I've tried a few different pws over the past few days. Any issues?

@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

@T3dotcom Disney+ at the moment. Best content old and new. Prime is getting awful Netflix is on thin ice NowTV is good for old series and occasional big names AppleTV exclude themselves through not supporting Chromecast Paramount no idea Any more?

@johnburtons I deffo quality as a #FatherBrown groupie as I binge watched season 10 as soon as it was on BBC iplayer & then went back to rewatch from season 1 right through again on NowTV. I've said before a world without a season of FB in it would be a travesty

@bt_uk Hi Scott, no it's apps through the BT Box. Why don't you send customers the latest box when they extend or remain with you? @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV riddled with errors and paused on your platform.
