    @NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

Who knew you could catch it twice? Some would say they hope you find medical help, but I say go for the hat trick champ! 👍🏻

    @NOWTV Thanks......might as well have told me to switch it off and on again. It is the sports channel i have the issue with, never the entertainment.
