Can we all just agree that among the plethora of streaming platforms for us to fix our eyeballs on, @NOWTV is patently the worst? They interrupt your viewing with ads, don’t let you stream on more than one device — and charge for the privilege. Without HBO they’d be nothing.

@SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

@AmazonHelp It's an FTTp connection. And network hardware capable of delivering ten times that speed. It's not the HDMI cable as Netflix/Disney + /nowtv and YouTube stream with no issues. Nothing was downloading at the time

@virginmedia you promised to monitor our internet and we are still having issues I was in the middle of a Pilates class boys turned on the F1 via nowTV and I’m shut out of screen mirroring poor poor service

My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

@NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

Woke up still laughing that my husband instantly knew what I meant by "finger swishy thing not working" re my old laptop. Why the hell can't so many things not bloody work on Chromebook...eg NowTV
