@NOWTV never experienced worst customer service as I have with @NOWTV. Been locked out my account due to incorrect password entered ONCE and now this is day 7 waiting for it to be unlocked. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@DiscoveryUK @discoveryplusUK Hello. What's going on with Discovery channel being pulled from NowTV / BT TV? Also, I'm unable to install your app from the Google Play Store, it's giving me errors and promoting me to report you to Google (I haven't yet).
