So @NOWTV thought they would up my BB from £23 pm to £32 pm, without telling us 🤨 Not only that, but it also has terrible connection and download services! Cant even half 2 items connected without interumptions 😠

@NOWTV have not uploaded any new eps of any of the Real Housewives franchises since Thu last week. Contacted them Thu & they said they're working on it. What's to work on, it's available everywhere else? Going to cancel my subscription to watch where they upload on time!

@dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

It’s 2021 and I’m still having trouble watching stuff on nowtv how can it be so bad?! Never have any issues with Netflix or Disney or Amazon prime. UGHHHH

@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison

@nowtv @openreach I’m fed up of all the nonsense of you guys trying to fix my internet. You keep sending people round to my house and to the cabinet and each time I have to wait in all day for you. It’s not good enough. Do your job and fix the issue.
