@nowtvhelp I'm so frustrated by the known issue of content sound being our of sync. I only have this issue with the iphone app all other entertainment platforms like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all terrestrial channels are fine but the NOWTV app is basically unusable.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.
