    @NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

    @NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    Please fix the bug that makes the programme start with no picture, just sound. Every F1 I have to log in and out to get a picture and nearly miss the start! 🪲 (LG TV app) @NOWTV

    Is anyone using NOWTV and having some lag with F1? My internet speed tests are perfect yet it seems to cut off, doesn’t buffer as such, just seems to go all pixelated from time to time and the audio stops?

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install
