I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

laynaW (@_laynaw) reported@NOWHelpTeam ive just tried it on a second windows 10 device that i've never used nowtv on before, and have the same issues with the same lines of dialogue season 1 episode 4 of wellington paranormal is especially bad, but it happens to some degree to almost any episode of any show i watch
