@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@NOWTV Is your 'Chat online' option not working? Nothing happens when I click this option Issue: Prime Video app will not open 95% of the time when using Now TV stick - says there are connection problems. There are not and all other apps are opening.

With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

Why is my NOW TV device no longer supported? It used to work perfectly fine, now it doesn’t work with your service! So the only way to access and use my account is to buy another one - complete con, not to mention wasteful and bad for the environment @NOWTV @nowtvhelp

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.
