@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I have NowTv Broadband and for the past week it has been extremely slow. It takes a few minutes to load a page, that's if it even loads it. I have restarted it multiple times but it doesn't really help. Can you please help?

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, we have a nowtv smart stick that seems to have stopped working. The TV constantly says 'No signal' we have tried all the usual turn it on/off etc, reset the stick reconnect to the WiFi... But nothing. Can you help please?

For the price of the licence fee, I cld have Netflix and the entertainment pack of NowTV. I dont know about you, but the BBC offering looks like terrible value. You dont even have teletext any more ffs

@NOWTV my elderly mother has tv and broadband from you, has been paying £18 a month and for the last 3 months she's been complaining of poor video quality. Turns out she's averaging 0.29mps download speed. I can't find a number to call, all online...she's 80 years old guys...
