I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

Glenn Gottfried (@GGottfried1) reported@NOWHelpTeam Hi, having broadband issues in SK6. Hub green light is on but virtually no internet. Did a technical check on the NowTV site and it says it recognises there’s an issue with the line but can’t diagnose it. Is this a wider area issue?

Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the issue has persisted for the last 2 weeks. Any help to solve the problem would be much appreciated, thanks.
