I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

I’ve received a mail about updating payment details and monthly passes. I don’t understand what the problem is. Please help.
