    @nowtvhelp This morning I just been on quite a few forms people with nowtv I thinking of cancelling it with BT because of all the problems they're had with the now tv app complaints on the btforum what are are complaining about on the forums it not just me and it the 4k box t4000

    @nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

    @nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

    Having problems with @NOWTV unable to sign in, playback error. Tried all the resets it suggested and now can’t make a complaint without signing in ! I don’t want to cancel just watch what I’m paying for, please help.

    It is absolutely shocking that @NOWTV still doesn't have subtitles for viewers using the BT TV box. Really terrible from an accessibility standpoint.

    @NOWTV your service is by far the most expensive yet has more problems than all the others combined. If you didn’t have the majority of premier league football I would definitely not be a customer. Come on @PrimeVideo do us a favour and put them out of their misery.

    Just been told by @NOWTV that there is a problem with their external hub, the result of which is that I won’t have WiFi for 3-5 days (so can’t connect to the secure network needed to work remotely, as this can’t be hot-spotted from mobile), and...

    @NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.
