Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

@NOWTV It happens at Christmas. Everyone in the movie is aware it's Christmas. NOWTV says it's a Christmas movie along with half of everyone that watches it. So the real question is, why is he so angry? Did Bruce get in trouble for forgetting Christmas that one time?

@BournatEllena @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Nowtv is far too rigid. Nowtv customers are still complaining about the the last nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app. They call the new UI garbage lol. Nowtv could have done more to help its customers through the pandemic lockdown. Nowtv has done the opposite.

Live chat ended because Nowtv live chat took too long to reply. My internet is faster than anything that nowtv or sky sell. @NOWTV @nowtvhelp . Fix your services & sites.

@NOWTV never had an issue with the white box but since you've made us upgrade to the stick the connection is shocking and 9 times out of 10 I can't watch the subscription I'm paying for!!!!

@alleshallbewele @NOWTV We used to have Sky fibre broadband...every night it would cut out which then caused issues for our heating, cctv and alarm (couldn’t access them!). So we ditched Sky as soon as we could. Currently with TalkTalk and have had no problems.
