    Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

    @NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

    @claudelittner @BuyCarParts @GLS_Germany Can't get the staff nowadays Claude. I was as frustrated at NOWTV for their ploy to get people to pay for a better quality picture. So they fuzzed the picture, watching the football the players were blurred you couldn't see who was on the ball. Yet adbreaks were crystal clear😤

    @nowtvhelp Yes, the passes were successfully redeemed and were on my account. They just suddenly disappeared. I would suggest you look at the extensive emails with your (unhelpful) customer service team. NOW TV Help - Case ID: 08961485 () #nowtv
