  @NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

  It's either very dark at Silverstone or the very flakey @NOWTV is broken. Sort it out - or if you're going to be so useless then allow switching between devices. £40pm to watch a blank screen is a rip.

  @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

  @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.
