    @NOWTV I’m on a free weeks trial, 3 days in and it’s only worked 50% of the times I use it... I’m on Amazon fire stick, also same issues on my partners account using PS4 in different location

    @megangracemua We're not sure what could be causing this Megan, could you possibly try clearing your browser cache for NowTV or using Microsoft Edge to access the chat link? as this should help get you through.

    Go to NowTV tab, click on TV show, it makes me sign in again, it asks to open it in the external video player, player needs to updated, runs an old-school install wizard, then I have to go back and open it in the browser again. Why not just click and play like everywhere else?

    @NOWTV We are on an LG oled tv. We never had significant issues before until this week. It’s unusable and all the while Netflix and Disney plus are perfect so it is not a WiFi / broadband issue here

    @NOWTV Hi, I can't sign in, I know the incorrect email but the password I enter (which I use for BT) is not being recognised so I am stuck!!

    @NOWTV I got an email this morning saying to reset my router when I clearly explained last night that that was not the issue and it is only your app having issues. I am not being given a refund. Thanks for the great customer service you guys give. Not.

    @TurkishortyGoon They will never appear on netflix due to licensing issues,if your in the uk then take out a entertainment package subscription to @NOWTV and they are all available there. I'm currently in the middle of rewatching the sopranos and the wire and started Oz 3 days ago.

    One of your staff removed every device from my Nowtv account without asking if thats what i wanted @NOWTV @nowtvhelp . Thats poor customer service for disabled customers. Fix this.

    @nowtvhelp LG smart tv downstairs (says ‘something’s not right & error code PL-0) NowTV box upstairs loops and doesn’t start the film.

    @NOWTV She signs into her now tv account on Roku and then when she selects a programme it comes up with needing to choose a pass. She pays monthly so surely she shouldn’t be expected to pay an additional cost to watch now tv?? She can watch fine on her iPad. Please help
