@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@flintley @samueldhopkins I’ve never loaded it through a web browser but the apps on my tv and my nowtv stick, these functions work fine

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

Absolutely stunned that #numan are allowed to advertised their products (on #NowTV) in that way. If the word ‘despair’ was used in connection with an issue like weight loss or ageing (for example) they would surely be silenced and fined millions. And they should be. Disgraceful.

If anyone else has this problem on NowTV, I found if you exit the app and load it again, it fixes it.
